Great place to stay for a day or two.

Friendly staff and clean room.

Bathroom didnt flush well had to use toilet pump every time to flush, Bathroom curtains torn. Overall 4/10 because of bathroom inconvenience and old smell of hotel rooms.

The property was pretty clean and decently maintained how ever I did how ever see a roach in the bathroom and there was a strong weed smell constantly coming from one of the rooms

I have never ever stayed in a place this disgusting in my entire life. The pillows had mold on them. The blanket and sheets were nasty and they would not give me my money back and also the stove was disgusting and so was their pots and pans. They were so rusted. I ended up at 11 o’clock at night leaving there and found another place and they refused to give my money back so I was told by the police I need to go file police report. It’s a civil matter. And I was exhausted.

You could not lock the back door they put a piece of wood in the bottom slot the towels were dirty and smelled like grease on one ever asked if we needed anything blood on the pillow cases very disappointed

The view was great an easy beach access but the balcony was disgusting and dirty.

It was not what I expected. Photos seemed to make it look newer and overall cleaner. But, it was okay for just a sip over for the night.

Good value for the price. Loved that we could walk onto the beach from the hotel. Dated but the bed was good and clean. No bugs

We absolutely loved it here!!! It was right on the beach, there's a mini golf course across the street, and within walking distance of several really good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, room size adequate. Poorly stocked kitchenette, mildew on shower curtain, very slow drain in tub causing it to be dirty and slippery. Other issues related to people in rooms above us.

The room was mostly clean, it just felt like there was a residue on various pieces of furniture. I made sure to wash all my dishes before using them. The balcony was pretty dirty and the ash tray was dirty with water and I'm guessing cigarettes? (we don't smoke, so that was pretty off putting). The towels and linens were clean, as well as the bathroom. The man who checked me in couldn't tell me exactly what I would be charged. I had one service dog and one service dog in training. Service dogs in training are covered under the same laws according to Florida state law. He said he was going to charge for the one in training. She is trained enough to know not to chew furniture and holds her bathroom until outside. They made no mess while there. But, again, he still couldn't tell me what I would be charged upon check in. Instead he just kept smiling uncomfortably without giving me a direct answer. I didn't want to fuss and just wanted to get on with enjoying my weekend. So I left it be. But just be aware when booking this property. And maybe bring a spray cleaner and paper towels? It was nice to be able to walk right out onto the dog friendly section of Ormond Beach, though!

It had a unique beach feel . It was clean . The guy working at the front was funny nice and efficient . 10 stars

Nice room for overnight.

Love this place for the dog beach in front as well as the yard that my dog could roam around in. The room needs some upgrades for sure, but it was worth every penny to be able to stay here despite it all

A clean place for the reasonable price

The rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better! Our door wasn’t able to close all the way, the second bed was off set so when you laid on it and moved it teeter tottered. Over all was fine nothing disgusting or too terrible to sleep in for a few nights but could’ve been better with the prices
