This place is right across the street from Union Station. The staff is so nice and I will always stay there when I vacation. Loved it!

It was convenient walk to Enterprise Center. Only think didn’t like was kick back menu was not what was advertised. Harder to get kiddos to eat it.

Negative things were that 1) we couldn’t get the room to set temp - we were tired so that wasn’t a deal killer, and 2) the only mirror in the room was the one in the bathroom. A second mirror somewhere in the room would have been nice. (Especially for

This was perfect for doing Polar Express at Union Station - literally just a walk across the street! The free evening appetizers & drinks was the 1st I’ve experienced at a hotel, & really appreciated it! The morning breakfast was good, too. Free parking in the secure parking garage was wonderful, too!

The woman at checking was not friendly but I have been here previously and have never run into that before. She acted like I was bothering her by checking in. Otherwise good. The hallway carpets need either cleaned or replaced.
