Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown

The staff were fantastic. The rooms were very spacious. The buffet was not bad. The location is great you are able to walk to many restaurants.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Safe and easy to access. 10/10

We loved the historic feel of the hotel. The staff was wonderful as well as the food. The nightly buffet and drinks is a nice treat.

Old charming hotel

The front desk staff is very professional & they respond very quickly ❤️ the service is excellent

The only problem was nose all night long . People being lound and sounds amplificated by the marble hallways!

Valet was great. Front desk was punctual but rude. She was good at her job, but treated me like I shouldn't be there.

The walls are too thin. The hallways are very loud and hard to sleep. Rooms are very nice. Big bathroom. Staff, especially all the valets were excellent!

The historic building is interesting and could make for a unique stay, however the acoustics make the lobby and common spaces incredibly loud and chaotic even when not especially crowded. The rooms are pretty small and the “amenities” are lackluster at best. The room: We were hoping for a slightly nicer than average hotel with some amenities to enjoy a winter holiday weekend as the temps would likely have us spending more time in the hotel. The hotel was sold out the first night we arrived so understandably felt crowded. The staff were efficient and friendly enough checking us in. I called ahead and mentioned again the request for a rollaway bed at check in and was told it would be sent up. After not receiving it after several hours I called down to the front desk and was told that all rollaway beds were in use. I inquired about having them for our 2 following nights and was assured one would be available, reserved for us and sent up in the morning. My 5 year old bunked with us that night and we hoped for a better night sleep for the remaining nights of our trip. Getting the bed the next night AGAIN required several calls despite being told it was reserved and scheduled for delivery. The room felt cramped with three of us and every door, footstep conversation could be heard through the walls. The Valet: This was easily the worst part of our trip. The valet crew was likely understaffed and did appear to have a system for arranging pick up/drop offs. The first morning it t

Enjoyed our stay. Came to catch a Cavs game and the hotel is in a great location walkable to the Fieldhouse. Very clean and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

We had an excellent time! The only drawback was the room 115 had a lot of noise pollution from the lobby.
