The beach was wonderful. HOWEVER, 1. Indoor waterpark was below expectation 2. A couple of dishes and silverwares were dirty 3. "The housekeeping lady!!!!!" At 9am on the checkout day, I heard the door knocking. It was housekeeping lady asking when my family was going to check out. She also added people were usually checking out early. I told her that my family would checkout at 11am which was the chechout time. She said OK! I felt very strange, but I woke my two kids up. my family and I all took a shower and ate light breakfast. Then, we were very occupied with packing our stuff to leave for home. The misery just started at 10:45am. The housekeeping lady knocked the door again, and my husband went out and told her we are about to checkout. Then, 5 minutes later, another knock. I decided not to answer. Continuous knocks! One after another! We all were scared and horrified. I strongly felt that she was trying to kick us out even before the checkout time. Did we deserve to be treated like this? I had two innocent kids with me, so I dicided not to say anything to her who was standing right next to my room door for about 15 minutes. My husband and I wanted to complain at the front desk, but I had kids watching and din't want to ruin our trip back home. I decided to contact the maintenance director's call. Now waiting the call.

The bed pillows were hard, had an ice maker inside of the fridge that we couldn't turn off. And worst of all...ROACHES. Would never stay at this place again. Only good thing about the stay was the bar downstairs on the first floor and the view from our balcony. Couldn't enjoy the balcony at night due to flying roaches by the way.

We had a very nice time

The property overall was okay. What I didn't like was tub spout diverter was broken. The rooms do not get cleaned everyday. They only change out towels. The halls are outdated and has an odor. The front entrance is over crowded outside for loading and unloading. What I did like was the communication with the front desk ladies. They were accommodating and pleasurable. The customer service in all areas of the resort was welcoming. The coffee at Starbucks was amazing! This resort is definitely family oriented. So if you are looking for a more quiet and relaxing spot, this is not the place.

The location is amazing, but the overall condition of the property is deteriorating daily. We had crumbling ceiling in one corner of our room and a cracked bathroom sink. It did not leak, but wow…

Mixed Experience – Needs Updating, But Staff Was Great We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—which we really appreciated—there were quite a few things that detracted from our stay. The room itself definitely needs some updating. The shower faucets had rust and visible lime residue, and the vinyl flooring was bubbling in several places. The stove looked unsafe to use, so we avoided it altogether. These maintenance issues made the room feel a bit neglected. We also weren’t aware ahead of time that the hotel caters heavily to families with children. This isn't a bad thing in itself, but it would have been good to know in advance, as it may not be ideal for every type of guest. Parking was probably the most frustrating part. The hotel’s front desk directed us to a garage two blocks away, but we weren’t given a key or clear instructions on how to access it. We ended up using a shared key to get in, which doesn’t feel secure at all. The garage also smelled strongly of vomit, which made the experience even worse. Despite all this, the staff were truly kind and tried their best to be accommodating. With some much-needed maintenance and better communication about amenities and parking, this hotel could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

Awesome experience

The price was too expensive for the property. The price wasn't worth the inside of the hotel. Waterparks was nice and other amenities.

Very comfortable bed. Helpful staff

It was a good value for the money compared to other hotels with the same type of features (kitchen, waterpark, jacuzzi, laundry room). However, the overall look of the hotel is old, needs maintenance, the carpet in the common aisles need to be updated, the bathrooms at the pool with the outdoor lazy river smelled terrible, it was horrible to have to use them. The breakfast buffet is not really inviting; we ended up going out for breakfast or cooking in the room. Bed comfort was ok with different types of pillows for you to choose what you like, and the size of the room was very good. We are a family of 4 and we all felt comfortable in the room. The Wifi is a little unstable, so if you plan to use it heavily, consider bringing your own modem.

Broken utilities in room, bugs in bathroom

This place is gross. It is filthy, run down and in serious need of updating. There were cockroaches in my daughter’s room, the pool was cloudy water with a film floating on top. I’m not sure how it has the rating it does to be honest. The only good thing is at least it is oceanfront.

Nothing works

We been placed to one room first, and then after we all settle down, been told they send us to the wrong room. And provided zero help for us to switch the room. Very unprofessional. Also, I was trying to get direction from one of the employee, she looked at me like why are you even talking to me? Very rude. The hallways are the most dirty I have ever seen. The room itself is ok.

Pools were great. A little noisy, lots of kids running around. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was decent. Over-all a really nice place i would stay again.
