All the staff are kind, especially the security guards, who have worked here for a long time, so I can trust them, and they always greet me pleasantly, so it helped me to have a pleasant trip even though I was nervous because it was my first trip to LA.

Great to be at Lakers game

Perfect location when attending an event at Crypto arena. A bit noisy on the street side in the morning and could hear neighbors at times but overall great stay.

This is the perfect hotel if you are attending an event or concert within the Downtown Los Angeles area. Very clean, attentive staff, and secure property.

The booking included 20% off food and beverage but their patio lounge called Nixo was most of the time closed. They kept telling people there was a DJ on Fri and Sat until 12 midnight. We went at around 10 pm and they were about to close. No DJ, no bartender. Also their breaksfast said 6am to 12 noon but they closed at 930 am.

If you're going to watch a concert or a Lakers game, these guys are literally across the street from crypto Arena and so many other venus/ restaurants. Easy to say perfect location

Hotel, quarto e atendimentos muito bons. Unico ponto negativo foi cobrança de algumas tarifas não previstas no check out. Estacionamento é caro, mas dentro do preço da região.

Great location if you are attending an event at Crypto Arena. Room was nice and spacious, staff was nice and friendly. I would return if need to be in that area again!

E-Central is a nice convenient hotel that is clean and well maintained. It is walkable to the convention center and other near by places. The only complaint I have was the lounge bar that is attached. If you have to wake up early do not stay at this place. They blast the music so loud that the window and furniture rattle till 2am. When I arrived my room was given to another person with a similar name and he must have got the quieter room. As the room I was placed in, was right above the lounge. Super unpleasant. There should be some kind of accommodation or price difference for those rooms. Or at least wave the parking fee and the convenience fee. Will not stay at this property in the future.

This is a We’ll refurbished and managed property so you don’t have to remortgage your house to stay there.

Wow! Sooooo loud! I can’t sleep at all with this pounding music coming from the hotels lounge. I’m so disappointed and just simply annoyed! We came down from a near by city for my daughters cheer competition so we didn’t have to make the drive but let me tell you I’m so close to packing up our things and driving home! The walls are pounding from the music from the lounge at the hotel. I just can’t!!

Hotel is noisy with traffic outside the window. AC was very loud when turning on and off. Water pressure in room very low and rainfall shower head was clogged and did not fully work.

Great location to LA Live and Crypto.com Arena! Arrived early and was able to check into a room. Provided me with a couple bottles of water. Good size room, I would absolutely stay here again
