Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa

Being in an ocean front room and it was really great! However, we were in room 533 and there was a guy getting phone calls all morning on Sunday at 7:00 from security or the front desk.

For $1200 a night I don't think I should be charged $40 a day for my car to sit in a parking lot also the hotel is old and mold in my bathroom I would not recommend

This is a beautiful, top-notch hotel with impeccable service from start to finish. We stayed on the club level, which was very nice. We enjoyed the poolside immensely, and the spa was also really lovely. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future

Chambre très bruyante malgré le prix des chambres. Petit déjeuner en plus. Pas de buffet mais à la carte (en été). Le personnel recherche le pourboire à chaque fois que vous respirez sinon ils vous servent mal ou ne vous servent pas. C’est le cas des transats sur la plage où le personnel n’est pas de l’hôtel et ne vous servent pas si vous ne leur versé pas de pourboire. Hôtel très mal situé et loin de tout. Des rochers dans la mer qui empêchent la baignade et des « petits » REQUINS qui ne rassurent pas. L’hôtel ne donne pas la chambre réservée. Il donne une catégorie inférieure. La chambre avec terrasse « lanai » se transforme en chambre simple avec petit balcon. Le spa n’est pas compris dans la chambre, il faut payer en plus (hors de prix) et n’en vaut pas la peine. Du coup, le nombre de restaurant mentionné est Inexact. Mieux vaut un hôtel à Palm beach, le service et respect du client sera meilleur.

The property is gorgeous and dining options incredible! The beach is quite small and that would be the only negative.

Eau is an amazing hotel and staff is just perfect from the moment you arrived. We loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, service, absolutely everything was on spot. 2 great pool areas, and the beach is just pristine. If you want exclusivities, that’s your place. Every meal was just remarkable and both inside restaurants and pool area bar serve unbelievable food and drinks. I can wait to be back!!!

Everything was spotless The staff in particular since we got here The treatment was from another world We loved the restaurants, pool and the beach Was to die for. The hotel is amazing, the service and staff at bar outside was great, however the steakhouse restaurant was very slow even when there were few customers at dinner time. It’s very expensive for not reason because food and services are not high quality.

Lovely, easily accessible spa, immediate beach access, outstanding dining options, super friendly and accommodating staff, pefectly maintained facilities, beautiful location. However, avoid popular weekends unless you enjoy boisterous, flashy and judgmental crowds. Amazing spa but staff needs to strictly enforce “no cellphone” rules. Some guests FaceTime in the jacuzzi. Room decor is whimsical. Blending classic with loud & funky. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the rooms but a little musty smelling from all the humidity in the environment. Recommend keeping the balcony door closed and the AC running all the time.

Private and right on the water. Publix across the street and 20 minute drive to main spots. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome experience!

Nice resort. The fine details need attention in the rooms. The refresh of the bathroom cabinets was a bit sloppy (crooked and paint) the soap dish was installed crooked and looks like it was reused. A line to hang wet bathing suits or rack would have been nice. But these are nit picky items. The staff, was as good or better than the four seasons and the Breakers. The food was on par or above the other two resorts also. Oddly, for a French named resort there is no French restaurant. But a sushi, steak and Italian one. Like most others. The grounds were well kept and in good shape. The spa was nice. The cabanna was nice and the staff great but they need a service button. The concierge knew their stuff.
