Amazing. 4 night trip for business. Hotel manager was extremely nice. Nice and quiet and room was clean!

Mold growing from the ceiling. Roaches, and almost got denied because of my service dog. Guy labeled her as a pet, and I told him she was a service animal. He said they don’t usually allow a 40 lb “pet” but it was okay because I was staying one night. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY

The room was basic and clean. The area is a lil sketch. The pics online were misleading aboout the breakfast. There was no food and barley any coffee. I picked this spot only for the breakfast/pool so that was disappointing.

Photos provided to Expedia were extremely misleading. Staff led me to believe that the pet fee for my cat was for the stay. Upon checkout I was charged much more than I was told. I would have changed to another hotel except that we had evacuated from a hurricane and other properties were not available.

My experience was terrible. Not only did we drive 7 hours due to the mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Milton, but we were also exhausted by the time we dealt with the front desk. The room had roaches and the bathroom was filthy. The floors were broken laminate, and the bed was dirty. For the price we paid, it was unacceptable."

The room was fairly clean could have been better the beds were not they comfortable but we had a place to sleep I'm was grateful for that . They charged extra for my pet when I made my reservation I added a pet didn't say anything about a charge it just stated it was pet friendly that's it charged me 50.00 all I got back was 25.00

I really liked how quiet the property was and they had an ice machine that actually worked. The only problem I had was that I had a room with cigarette burns in the cover but they solved the problem extremely fast and I would love to stay here again.

Room was cheap for a “just passing through and need a place to sleep” kind of night. Service was ok but the room was just not something that should ever be offered to paying guests. This seems like an option to house the homeless not a hotel. The click flooring had been water damaged in the past and was separating, huge trip hazards to the point we had to wear shoes the entire time. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off, there were paint chips in the bathtub, huge clusters of cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings. The toilet clogged on the first flush with nothing in the toilet other than a Kleenex. When calling the front desk I was asked to walk to get the plunger myself, and rectify the clog on my own. I had to carry a knife with me to go to the front desk as the rooms all enter into a court yard that just didn’t seem safe at all. The neighbourhood is awful. Just all around terrible and not only should you not stay here, no one should be staying here. The people working were sweet and I’m sure the owners are trying very hard to maintain the hotel. However it’s beyond repair in my opinion.

It says “extra roll away bed available with surcharge”. Employee was rude and said it’s not true they don’t have any

Dogs barking all night

The place is dirty, poorly kept up overall a pretty scuzzy.

Clean and decent sized room, but there was a used washcloth in the bathroom when we first checked in. One comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it, the coffee maker in the room was dirty, the shower head shook when the shower was on, some random person outside tried to sell us drugs and then asked for money when we told him “no”. Upstairs guests were banging on the walls and and floor (our ceiling) around 6am. Told the front desk and it stopped for a little bit but then picked up again.

There were roaches in the bathroom

Comfort of the room was horrible. AC wasn’t working customer service at the front desk. Very rude and nasty. Not helpful at all. Need improvement really bad

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, had everything, iron, blow dryer, etc. Only thing is add more ice machines around the property.

No free breakfast. In the ads there is a free breakfast listed but in reality theres no breakfast!

The bathtub was not in good condition, bath floor not upkeep. The reception area has a certain scent I cannot describe. As advertised, I was expecting breakfast to be included in my charge but found out it was only coffee available. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom crawling. When I arrived, I wished I chose other hotel. I was disappointed and felt that the area was not safe. Staff was nice though.
