They remodeled the lobby, but the rest of the facility was abysmal.

The service was nice.

Staff was nice tried to accommodate our needs but everything else was horrible.stairway reeked of urine. inside we had to change rooms because the heat didn’t work and the tub was just filthy eww and the second room was no better it smelled of busted sewer and the air and heat unit whined all night. do not recommend.

The door wouldn't close tight.the shower was broke on the floor..holes in wall in bathroom im guessing from the shower being broke.. they wouldnt let me change rooms.. over all the worse place ive ever stayed in

Room was nasty linen was stained smelled like someone had just finished hooking up in the room pulled blanket back had blood stains on mattress asked for another room after a long discussion finally got another room it was a little better but was still dusty and musty but it was late we laid a blanket in the bed and laid down would never stay again

Terrible stay i was there 7 days, sheets were never changed, hole in my wall, housekeeping didn’t bring towels for 2 days, they never cleaned the room just empty my trash and ashtray, towels were dirty, when I left a bag i called and the guy at the desk wouldn’t go check for me, guy told me to call the next morning, i wont waste my money again

The room i stayed in was im very poor condition. Had mildew and mold on the ceiling, a/c was dusty and moldy. Overall garbage hotel.

This place isn't just dirty, it is filthy! I have never ever seen anything like it. Layers of dirt and grime everywhere, stained linens, a absolute nightmare! Additionally, I have asthma. We had to leave and stay elsewhere for our health and safety. Don't stay here!

We arrived at the hotel around 8 o’clock went to the room tried to turn the light on. It didn’t come on and recognize that we had a single bed when I asked for a double occupation. Went back to the front desk and tow the front desk that we asked for a double bed, not a single bed. He told me at the time that they were sold out and could not move us. Then I went back to the room and called Expedia to explain to them what had happened then to find out once we got the lights on that the room was not even cleaned at all. There was a hairball stuck on the wall on another wall. There was a hole which I tried to hide behind a painting the telephone had mole on the surface of it. The walls were molded. The floors felt like someone had poured all on it. Went to use the bathroom. There were urine all over the top toilet seat and the tub look like someone spread it species on it. I showed the front desk the room and he didn’t even apologize for wanting to put us in the room we ended up having to try to find an Airbnb at 9 o’clock at night. It was not successful at finding one and finally around 11 o’clock at night. We ended up going to the best Western to find a room. It was a busy weekend there and we were up visiting our daughter. Who’s in school. I was very disappointed at the service that I received from them and from Expedia. We talked to somebody that worked with Expedia and they were no help either. We were so discussed it with the room and the service. We did not want to stay

They need to do some upgrades. They also need tp do a deep cleaning. The staff was very nice!

Room was disgusting. We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets and blankets to feel clean enough to sleep. The door wasn’t even closed when we arrived, so no need to use the key that was provided - this was very unsafe. My husband did a walkthrough before allowing me and our children to enter.

Room was overall clean. Building is old concrete building and it had been raining so the room smelt like mold. Metal door frames and hinges were rusted in the bathroom. I booked 2 nights but only stayed one, the staff was super friendly and concerned about use cutting our stay short.

The most recent reviews are completely accurate. Unless you are extremely desperate, do not stay here. We went through 3 rooms at check in. 1st room, sheets, floors, and bathroom were disgusting. Also the Ac did not work. Second room exactly like the first but the AC did work. Third room was decent but my son and I still went to Walmart and bout our own sheets and pillow because I wasn’t going to take that chance. Be aware.

It was an okay stay! the price could have been lower
