First room wasn’t cleaned after previous guest house keeping didn’t come up clean my room breakfast was pathetic juice was like syrup cereal was only food

Well wasnt aware there were still smoking rooms. So being said. It stunk. Wall were yellow. Just seemed run down. Broken. Light switch in bathroom. No shampoo. To use. Light fixture wall falling off wall. Bed hard. And uncomfortable only 3 pillows. Stains on bedding. Burn holes in bedding. Shower i wont go there. Bathroom. Door didnt clise all the way unless slammed. Do to dragging floor. So ya i will never go back. For what they charged. Never. I have been in cleaner. And cheaper Run down hotels. Better then this one. It was a waste of money For sure. But if refund was available at the time i would had left. But hotels .com said. No refunds. So i was stuck and didnt sleep cuz i couldnt

My view of this place is poor quality . room was not properly safe because of noise from people walking outside all night.trains running every hour from the view.did not like upstairs room .I will not recommend this property to anybody .un less you need an emergency place to stay.i want be coming back.this motel get a F from me .I was not satisfied very unhappy with this place

The room was disgusting. Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Tub was dirty. My feet were black from the dirty floor. The fridge freezer was gross with something that thawed and was frozen again. We were only in the room long enough to change for our concert and seen the tub. We requested it be cleaned along with the sink but when we returned 4 hrs later the one end of the tub was wet ont half cleaned and sink untouched. I have pics. It was midnight and too late to change to go elsewhere as they would not refund our money. Will never use Econolodge ever again. It was a traumatic night as I didn’t want to sleep in the bed!!!!! I’m so angry and we were even charged another $27 cdn for this filthy non-smoking room. I want my money back

need bathroom clean and stock with tissue paper telivision not working properly, rooms need better to be well clean along with good tv service

The price was good and the room is clean and orderly. The staff was considerate and efficient. The breakfast was modest but OK.

The room was comfortable. But the 'continental breakfast' was a joke. Juice machine broken, got koolaid instead. 2 kinds of surgary cereal, white bread for toast. No fruit, no egg, no yogurt. Nothing healthy.

The best part was finding an unopened pack of black n mild blunts and 3 cents under the recliner. Pool filled with trash closed. Trash littered everywhere outside. Our room smelled strongly of the devils lettuce! Breakfast was bread, jam, dry cereal with an empty milk jug.

The pool and jacuzzi were not available and out of service all summer. Many people in the parking lot in chairs & a lot of children running around screaming until about 10 pm in the parking lot.Many trains all night running on the other side of the RR tracks. My view was a pot hole parking lot & a RR track. Shows signs for drive up check in but they don’t use it. The tub backs up and drains very slow, Less than a 1/2 roll of toilet paper was in room. The room felt like it had not been rented in a long time, it had a musky smell. When looking at this on line through Hotels.com it was very Deceiving by the pictures and the amenities. Only stayed 4 nights. I can tell you that I will never go back and will pay more money to stay somewhere else. I chose this hotel so I could bring some family over to swim and possibly spend a night with me, but that was changed due to the deceiving information & pictures on line. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was only there to sleep and shower. Hardly any sleep due to all the trains all night long and the shower backing up. The only good thing about this hotel was the price! I will definitely do more research and pay more money in the future!

I think this is an old Red Roof Inn 'property'. There has been no renovation of the bathroom, sink top or other fixtures for maybe 20-25 years. The room was clean but the last painter was sloppy and it shows. The walls needed some patching. The landline phone didn't work at all - I pointed that out to the desk person who didn't seem to care. Exterior grounds also showed their age. Railings on the second floor needed some paint. The Wi-Fi was weak and inconsistent. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms and charge extra for a non-smoking room. When I asked 'why', I was told it is because they have to change the sheets every day (I stayed 2 nights) but they don't with smoking rooms. The 'free breakfast' was a choice of two cereals or plain bread. Oh yeah - there was coffee.
