Awful. Needs to be cleaned just nasty.

Got a non smoking room but the room smells like cigarette smoke

Can’t believe u guys have this hotel and don’t provide towels to the rooms I never come back

The house keeping is very disrespectful

I STAYED HERE AND WHEN I WENT TO THE VENDING MACHINE LATE NIGHF I FOUND A COPY OF THE KEY TO MY ROOM STILL ACTIVE OUTSIDE ON THE HEATING AND COOLING UNIT. BE AWARE AND BE CAREFUL

Dirty

Lots of opportunity for improvements. The distinct smell (unknown maybe cigarette) was unbearable. Heavy highway noise. Didn’t sleep well.

Ask for a none smoking room and get a smoking room instead

There were live roaches on the wall and in the jetted tub. There was a squashed dead roach on the bathroom wall as well as dead roaches on the bathroom floor.

I stayed at this Motel a few years back and it was ok, I could not believe how bad it has gotten. When I arrived the door to the lobby was broken and would not close to it was 20 degrees in the lobby. After the check-in I went to the room and realized there was only a sheet on the bed. Went back to the office to tell them and they did not believe me. They sent someone to check the bed. After waiting for a blanket, I realized there were no towels in the room, so they gave me one towel. The room was dirty and not well maintained, the worst part were the bugs on the floor and in the bathroom, they were crawling everywhere and just so gross. The last thing was the bathroom sink, it was clogged, and you had to turn the water on and off so the sink would not fill. there are more issues with the head the door the cigarette burns in the sheets it just goes on and on.... don't stay here.

I buy something in Expedia and they give me another room,

Dirty bed sheets, had to buy new ones from the store, broken glass on the floor gave me a cut.

Upon arrival the lobby was occupied by people yelling and arguing. Unfortunately it was a Holiday and I pre-paid online so the option yo relocate wasnt available. Upon entering the room it was filthy, trash and cigarette butts in the corners, the floor was gritty (not clean) and the general appearance was old and run down (I believe the booking photos were decades old). There was "NO" WiFi available even though the listing stated that there was. The beds had top and bottom sheets but no blankets or bedspread, i asked for a blanket at the desk and the answer I recieved was "most people don't want them so we dont have any" but i insisted so the clerk disappeared and then returned with one that was rolled in a ball, dirty and had at least a dozen cigarette burn holes. I then realized that there were no towels in the room so I again went to the desk, the clerk groaned and then disappeared again. When he returned he gave me 3 floor mats and said "thats all we have". I was exhausted from driving all day so I attempted to go to sleep but there was constant yelling, fighting, crashing and door slamming coming from the other rooms that went on all night. I got out of bed at 6:30 a.m. after an unrestful night, showered and left. Also there was no continental breakfast, again the listing stated there was supposed to be. I will never stay there again and recommend no else does either.

Honestly I have no idea how this place hasn’t been condemned. Frankly Choice hotels should be ashamed that they even own such retched hotel. Absolutely disgusting inside & out. Walked in…took a handful of pictures to show the front desk why I wanted a refund & walked out. Truthfully didn’t know places like what you see in the movies really existed. By far the worst room I’ve ever seen. I mean how is there white stains on the furniture. I’d be terrified to run a black light in anyone of those rooms let alone the one they tried to give me. Never will I ever stay there. Absolute joke. Beware! Not kidding!

The facility was dirty the customer service was horrible. It was no wash clothes or towels in the room the room did not have proper comforters on the bed the mirrors in the room was broken the refrigerator was burned and the whole room was out dated and it was constant noise and traffic. I will NEVER go back there or recommend this place to anyone waste if my money and time.

Rooms and bedding smelled like smoke (even in non smoking rooms). Extremely harsh bright lighting outside the rooms.

Never stay here!! Lights didn’t work in room, bathroom door was smashed and had no doorknob!! Cockroaches dead on the floor along with hanging out in the shower!

Room had roaches crawling on the walls and a giant hole through the bathroom door.
