Easy check in and beautiful hotel

stayed for two days and loved the experience. I will defiantly return to this hotel on my next visit to Birmingham!

The bed was extremely hard. There wasn’t a smart TV in the room. Everything was outdated

First room was horrible front desk worker switched rooms and it was very nice !!

Hotel needs a major renovation! Old and tired in every way! Lots of better choices in the area in my opinion.

I think its time to upgrade the carpet in the rooms.

The room itself was a bit old and dated but the breakfast was excellent and the service was good.

The people at check in were wonderful and very friendly. We only had 2 things that could be fixed with our room. My daughter got cut by nails sticking out of the business chair but they removed it promptly and no covers for pullouts in both rooms we reserved but a very nice gentleman took care of us right away. It has been a really nice stay and I look forward to returning.

Overall a good place to stay. It's showing its age, however. Signs in the lobby indicate it's scheduled for a refresh which is a timely move.

Liked open multistory interior design, large free breakfast and nice eating area on main floor, glassed elevators, nice Ruth Chris eating area and bar inside hotel, room suite design, and close parking at hotel entrance. Also liked when we had room issues twice, the willingness of staff at entrance desk to give us a another room. Disliked room condition - not vacuumed, poop-like substance on shower ceiling, dresser hanging doors removed, phones didn’t work, chairs stacked up just outside our room door when we arrived and for a few hours afterward, and no spare toilet paper. Also disliked returning to room around 5:30 pm and finding night latch blocking door closure, allowing anyone to enter room for what could have been most of the day. Didn’t find anything missing, room smelled, checked bed - didn’t see any signs of anyone else being in our bed, but wife felt uncomfortable in room having room left open.

It was a nice stay except the tub faucet kept running.

Property is out dated and nasty. Dead bugs were in the lights in the room, gnats were throughout the room, and loose hair on towels and sheets. Bed was extremely soft and worn. I even had to ask the front desk for replacement bedding which also was not the best looking replacement set. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Our room was horrible. We stayed in room 320. The sink in our bedroom leaked underneath it and the carpet was soaking wet, which made it smell. The bathroom faucet and the bathtub facuet turn off

Clean room and good breakfast. Fantastic dinner experience at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.

Check in staff was amazing! Professional, kind and quick.

The manager was absolutely amazing and sweet as she could be when our first room had only 1 working light. She was quick to upgrade us to a better suite and the entirety of the staff were very friendly and helpful and just all around 5⭐️. Thank you for a very memorable anniversary weekend.
