A bit pricey especially with the parking fee added on but a very nice hotel.

Convenience, clean, good breakfast. Shuttle service.

Stay started off well when the female manager was on site, when the male manager ( he was in charge, I assume he was the acting manager) was on site at the front desk, service became less friendly and slower, I think th y were short staffed under his leadership. Beds are old, mattresses need replacement and rooms could use a refresh. Breakfast selection is good. I always appreciate the fresh omelet station and array of hot beverages. Overall would recommend,

Needing a last minute hotel close to Logan Airport, we chose Embassy. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect.

The Embassy is classy and comfortable. It is typically my first choice for a hotel. The staff is always kind and friendly. The quality breakfast buffet is delicious and the ability to order a custom egg meal is fabulous. I was disappointed in the MA law forbidding “happy hour” options. This is a nice feature in the evenings I’ve found visiting other locations. It had been an informal invitation for me to explore the restaurant menu since I am already there. Needless to say, I chose to eat outside of the hotel in the evenings this time because of this. I did not like that parking was $60 per night. This should be reviewed and something better can be offered to guests I think. I do highly recommend the Embassy and look forward to visiting again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had one problem with the AC and the maintenance staff quickly fixed it. We loved the complementary breakfast bar, that was our favorite part!

Great service, good food but extremely parking. Rooms were standard.

Property was good, clean. A/c units a bit loud. Breakfast area light and kept orderly and well stocked.

The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the shower room was terrible. When switching to the shower, most of the water still came from the faucet, and hardly any came from the shower head. Also, the bathtub plug wouldn’t close, and when I tightened it, it wouldn’t open again. This might have been because I went 20 minutes before closing time, but the breakfast selection was very limited.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always great - near the airport with a quick shuttle and friendly staff. Will be back for sure.

Good location

Do not use the street address for directions as you end at a locked gate preventing access to hotel and valet. If it had not been for a wonderful employee just leaving his shift, I would not have found it. Please correct information to make clear must follow freeway access to Logan to access hotel. Very Frustrating. But kudos as all hotel staff went above and beyond!

It was all good until we crawled into bed, the mattress was ancient and Rick hard.

Clean and easy to access from the airport. The room was spacious and quiet, and there’s a convenient store downstairs if you forgot anything. The only down side is the staff. They are not friendly, and the guy who checked me in spit out a memorized speech instead of actually communicating with me, so I missed most of what he said.

Staff was ok…a bit abrupt. Room was nice but the breakfast—if you don’t arrive in a weekend before 8:30 you will have little chance of getting a plate or food. Pool and exercise room were decent and clean and everything worked well.

Beds are terribly uncomfortable and the people in the next room left and their dogs barked for hours
