Cleaning was not done on a regilar basis

The carpet on my room had strings pulled from it in several areas, up to 3" wide by 20" long !!

Rooms were big and very clean. Staff is amazing! Great breakfast and welcome drinks

Horrible personal. Dirty and broken down room. The breakfast was goo tho. But if you can - avoid at all costs.

Nice hotel, good amenities. Airport shuttle very reliable. Excellent breakfast. Rooms need a refresh - older furniture with some wear and tear - but overall a nice room.

Restaurant I give them 5 service good food just the way we order and very good service. Bar lady has attitude not so friendly . They couldah inform us before we pay and reserve for that day that WATER WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING ON THAT DAY. But it was too late we check in and note on that night was posted. Front desk Lamar wasn’t very nice at all.

Amazingly clean, pool was great and rooms were clean too. Awesome breakfast!

The room was not clean upon arrival. But then they have removed cleaning and you have to request the room to be cleaned. The stairwell was full of cobwebs and other dust. This hotel is fairly new but definitely not looked after - it looks really rundown despite being max 10 years old. Very sad as I have stayed here many times before but will not chose it again. Breakfast is OK. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie and local bus to NY is great.

The staff were very rude. My hotel room was dirty as there was hair all over the bathroom. I asked for a blanket and was rudely told I had to come down and get it myself. Every hotel I’ve been to, someone was able to bring it up. I understand if I had to go down and get it, but the rudeness of the staff who told me was the issue

Beautiful place , near the airport

Quick ride to airport, mall across the street with dining options.

The only unusual thing is the house cleaning have to call 24 hours in advance. If you forgot to call the house keeping to clean, they will not to clean it.

We had a great stay — the breakfast was good and added to the overall experience.

Eu pago um hotel e os lençóis e capa de idedron não são encomendados. A limpeza não é feita todos os dias? O hóspede quer ir para uma outra cidade e não pode deixar as suas malas no hotel? Não gostei porque precisam trabalhar mas na limpeza e revisão da política interna.

When i checked in the receptionist told me that the water would be off from 9am to 10am the following morning, I thought ok I will get up at 10 to take a bath . Got up at 10:15 and no water, I called the front desk and was told the water wouldn't be on until 7pm . I had to do what i cold with 3 bottles of water .

Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers were EMPTY!!! In my room. Alerted front desk upon check out. Bar staff was excellent as well as the ladies cleaning the tables in the breakfast area. Nice variety of breakfast choices. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and this is the first one where the room was not well stocked. Newark, NJ location,

Hotel was great! Bartender was very helpful with a meal after the restaurant had closed!

When entered and went to check in desk we were told there was no room available! Sent to Hampton Inn across the road! Ridiculous to fly from the Midwest to be told no room! Very poor management since I booked the room 6 months ago!!! Susan Kendl
