Great place to stay. Thank you

All was good except the morning breakfast. The eggs were cold and the coffee cups were paper cups as there were no ceramic coffee cups which is odd. Also, saw no glass glasses for like the juice. Only paper cups and style-foam cups. Breakfast was not good.

Our frequent stay when we want a quick escape to San Diego. The staff is always polite and efficient, the free breakfast is convenient, and the hotel is an easy walk to many attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. The pool area could use more frequent attention for cleaning and towel stocking. Also, there was only one person working during check in, even with several very large parties checking in. The agent was doing his best, but it seems the rush could have been predicted and the hotel staffed accordingly. Still, nothing that won’t keep us returning.

Parking fee is a little high, support staff in dining area was super awesome, the female staff in the gift shop was rude and unfriendly.

Our family had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites San Diego Downtown! The location is unbeatable — within walking distance to the Sea Port, Downtown, and so many attractions. We loved taking the ferry to Coronado and hopping on the trolley to explore Old Town. The convenience of everything nearby made our trip so much more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wide variety of options, and perfect for families to start the day right. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the suites were spacious and comfortable for our family. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting San Diego, especially with kids!

Everything was great except the loud HVAC. I guess it was on a motion sensor and kicked off every few minutes all night, but would come back on if I moved in the room. I get the eco option, but this prevented a decent night of sleep for my 4 night stay despite them sending an engineer to fix it.

Everyone at the front desk was so helpful. We got stranded there due to flight cancelation and they worked with us each day to keep our same room as we kept getting canceled.

Wonderful and attentive staff

Wonderful breakfast. Rooms clean but dated. Housekeeping did not come the last night of our 6 night stay. The destination daily fee was an unnecessary inconvenience causing patrons to play a How do we spend our $25 today game.

The service at the hotel was terrible. The complimentary snacks in the evening were terrible. Housekeeping was non existent. Property is old. Parking is expensive but we knew that coming in. Very long lines for the omelette station, couldn’t get any decent breakfast. They were very short staffed. Our bathtub was blocked, nobody came to fix it despite calling numerous times. The location is the only thing that is unbeatable and you can walk around easily. Overall very pricey for the facilities. The 25$ food credit was not worth it- had to use for overpriced items in the gift shop. They advertise a kitchenette but no utensils like cups and spoons were available. Had to ask for some and finally got a couple after 2 days.
