Check in was smooth and very quick. Everyone has been very nice. Room is nice and spacious and hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was very good woth plenty of hot options including made-to-order omelets.

Everything was spectacular! Front desk staff was very helpful in getting my dress pressed for a wedding the following day. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows! Work out facility was clean and had everything we needed. Attended happy hour one night and breakfast each morning, both of which were fabulous. Great location, great stay! Thank you!

Excellent location for activities in The Woodlands. The hotel had the best breakfast buffet and the dining area is perfect. Room was very clean and spacious.

Housekeeping was a bit of an issue but other than that everything was great!!

We booked a lake view suite for my parents 50th anniversary and they got stuck next to the room with a broken and extremely loud ice machine. They couldn’t sleep with the loud noise and requested another room and unfortunately we couldn’t get money back for a regular room. Not worth it to book a nice suite when you can’t even sleep comfortably or get reimbursed for a regular room.

Nos gustó mucho en general, la habitación de una cama king es más pequeña que la de dos camas, pero ambos tienen un área de sofá, una mesa pequeña y una barra para café. Todo muy limpio y se siente todo nuevo y moderno. Servicio de limpieza diario. Tiene una vista hermosa, muchos restaurantes enfrente y el desayuno muy bien, muy completo con las opciones clásicas de desayuno americano. Sí volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí. Tarifa de estacionamiento $22 usd por día.

We stayed here for my daughter’s 13th birthday and had the best time! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and even had a snack basket sent up to the room for the girls who were staying with us to enjoy. Happy hour was great and they even turned on the outdoor fire pit for us as well. Breakfast the next morning, exceeded our expectations and was the perfect end to our overnight stay. Deidra and Sandra were so helpful and went above and beyond throughout the entire process of booking and making arrangements and during our stay.

Facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help!

We went to Houston to visit family. We were in the hotel much. But the welcome was wonderful. It definitely made mw want to choose Embassy for all my future travels. Also, the breakfast was excellent!
