룸과 거실이 분리되어 있어서 좋았고, 아침 조식이 맛있었어요. 오후 5:30~7시 해피아워에 음료(알콜포함) 1인당 2병씩(안주포함) 주는 것은 너무 좋았어요. 다만 공사중으로 소음이 너무 시끄러웠고, 복도와 카페 는 너무 더웠어요. 또..수돗물이 8시간 단수된다는 예고로...힘들었던 기억도...

Metro station is in the basement of hotel and the bus depot is across the street. Great hot breakfast and evening cocktails are a bonus! All staff and manager are wonderful especially Jose, very accommodating.

I loved the friendliness of staff and very recommendeded biffet breakfast options There was a gym, swimming pool in upper floor.

The hotel and area were both great! The only complaints I have: The atrium was HOT! No air at all!! My daughter called for a pillow, two days in a row, and I called for her once, no one ever delivered a pillow to her. We would stay again, though!

All very well, the square where the hotel is still not finished, what I do not like is that it says they have parking but you have to pay for it.

This hotel was in a great location! Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Free Happy hour was a nice touch. It had a welcoming vibe. Our room was clean. The pool needed a good vacuum and skim. You may need to share the pool with swim classes but it was roped off nicely with plenty of space for several families to enjoy. The parking was convenient and attached to the building. It was a bit confusing inside to get out and how the set up was. We saw security walking the building several times. We would stay again.

Construction in the hotel. No signage to direct people. Parking overnight in garage, $37! I made a last minute reservation on Expedia 2 hours before my arrival. I realized a mistake on the reservation date when I arrived and had to repurchase a room for that night. No refund available for the mistaken non refundable reservation. No more booking on Expedia.

First of all the check-in was not informative. I was given a different price other than the one I had at the booking. I had to ask for explanation. The front desk told me there was security deposit of $80 for two nights stay which was not included at the booking. I was not told if I watched the movies on the TV there will be charges. The hand soap was not provided in the bathroom. I did request for it, and I did not get it . The sofa bed was very old, and I could not use it during my stay at the hotel

The location is convenient for transportation and walking distance for shopping

I love Embassy and this hotel is in a great area and the hotel is spotless! What I did not like is how hot the floors are, as well as dining! One other complaint is my daughter requested a pillow two nights in a row, I even called and no one ever delivered one.

Love the area and convenience to nearby eateries and grocery stores room was nice and staff kept our room clean

The mall around it was empty; check in was a little rocky. We called in advance to see the check in age and were told 18....when we checked in they told us 21....the app says 18 as well....but we did get checked in. The room was clean and no problems.

I enjoyed my stay, however there was an issue with the bedding and some of the sheets having stains. I called the front desk they stated they would send someone from housekeeping no one ever came. After waiting 45 minutes I went downstairs to retrieve the sheets needed to replace the dirty sheets.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

The place is very convenient because the metro 🚇 is under hotel. My only complaint is pool. It needs to be cleaner. I hope they invest in a larger one. It helps with folks with kiddos. Other than that very good hotel , friendly staff and a beautiful breakfast !:

Customer service was good. Food was excellent.

When we first arrived the room they put us in was not cleaned from the prior occupants, then our toilet plugged up and they did not get it fixed until the next day after calling 5 times. The pool was dirty and being used by the public for swim lessons, the hot tub was too hot and the jets did not work. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, the mattress had no padding, the springs were popping out. The hotel was combined with business offices. Positive notes: the staff were super friendly and apologetic. The hotel was on top of the metro train which made commuting easy. Would NOT stay here again, not worth the cost.
