good and easy to commute to nyc by ferry

페리가 바로 앞에서 맨하튼을 나가고, 맨하튼의 환상적인 뷰를 보는것은 너무나도 좋지만,, 2019년 방문후 오랜만에 왔는데 시설이 노후화 되었지만 개선작업들은 안 되어 있던거 같습니다. 이 호텔의 위치에 조금더 시설을 럭셔리 하게 개선한다면 왠만한 맨하튼 호텔보다 좋을꺼라 확신합니다.

늦은밤 고성방가 외국손님으로인해 시끄러워 새벽 두시에 깨어 프론트에 전화했는데 전화도 한참후 받았고 항의후에도 엄청 한참후에와서 진정시키더라구요 그리고 생수 서비스도 없고 주변에 편의시설이 보족하고 시내와 멀어 대중교통도 불편하고 택시비도 엄청나옴

친절하고 깨끗합니다

주차비가 유료지만, 맨해튼의 야경이 한눈에 보이고 뷰가 정말 좋습니다. 걸어서 바로 앞에 페리를 이용 할 수 있어서 간편합니다.

Was nice that the property directly next to the ferry was very convenient. The hotel itself was pretty mediocre. One day we did not get room service or even towels upon asking. The room phone did not work. The ceiling had water stains as was wet the entire stay. The hotel only had one working elevator with long wait times. Could be a better hotel but just seems like not maintained or ran too well.

It was a lovely room with a great view. The staff was awesome and breakfast was wonderful

Great Location amazing view… and the staff is just in another level of professionalism

We chose to stay over in NJ as we travelled to watch Oasis and I am really pleased we did. Hotel is located right across from the ferry terminal and gives great views of the New York skyline, both from our room and across the Weehawken river line. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and just a generally nice hotel with nice staff. We will be back to New York and we will probably be back to this hotel as well.

I loved this hotel and its location and the staff were so helpful! It’s going to be the main hotel to stay in for me when visiting nyc! It’s very conveniently located!

Best housekeeping staff ever. Helped me with ice and directions. Clean place and very charming. Parking was a breeze and affordable.

I recently had a very disappointing check-in experience at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. After traveling extensively around the world, this was by far the worst. We arrived at 4 PM, an hour later than the standard check-in time. The receptionist, Chris, informed us that no rooms were available and that we would need to wait for about two minutes. After 15 minutes, I approached him again, noting that check-in usually starts at 3 PM. To my dismay, he raised his voice and reiterated that there were no rooms available at that moment. His attitude was completely unacceptable and significantly impacted my day and overall impression of the hotel. While the room was clean, the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, making for an uncomfortable stay.

Great place to stay property was very clean and our room with the view was amazing. Only issue I had was when I checked in they charged my card and I had already prepaid for the room no problem mistakes happen. Then when I checked out they tried to charge for the room again smh.

Awesome hotel, very clean new rooms. Was surprised it had a pool!

The lovely young lady at the check-in desk was a pleasure. We only had one meal there which was breakfast. The food was good, but the wait staff are very slow and appear to be completely disinterested in their jobs. That was the only negative thing we could say about our stay. Location is great to be close to Manhattan but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area with a pretty river walk and skyline views. We would stay here again when we return to New York.
