The front desk team is knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely cares about guests' comfort—Nikunj especially made the check-in smooth and gave great local tips! The hostel is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The common areas are vibrant and great for meeting travelers from around the world. I loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city! What really stood out was the excellent service—whether I needed extra towels, help with my itinerary, or just a good conversation, the staff was always ready with a smile. The rooms are cozy and affordable, making it one of the best value stays in San Francisco. He’s one of the most dedicated and kind-hearted people I’ve met. He treats the hostel like his own home and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is comfortable. Unfortunately, some guests don't always understand that a hostel has shared rules and responsibilities, but Nick handles those situations with professionalism and care.
