너무 좋음 후기가 많이 있는 편이 아니라서 걱정했는데 걱정할 필요가 없음 드라이기 상태 괜찮음, 직원에 따라 친절함의 차이가 있음(완전 친절한 직원들도 있고 그냥 그런 직원도 있음. 그렇지만 무례한 직원은 없음), 매일 룸 클리닝서비스, 안전, 좋은 위치(바로 앞에 수 많은 유명 패스트푸드점과 마트), 유명한 장소들은 웬만해서 도보로 방문 가능, 호텔 내 엘리베이터 3대, 방음 잘 됨, 깔끔함, 물 무료 등 전반적으로 정말 만족했음 뉴욕 호텔 가격에 비해 터무니 없다는 글 많이 봤는데 가격도 시설도 서비스도 너무 만족스러움 뉴욕에 또 방문하면 재방문할 의사가 있는 호텔임

Very well located and reasonably priced

Good stay

We stay at EVEN whenever we can (when it's not already sold out). It's super convenient to everything - shops, our daughter's dorm, subway, restaurants. They have lots of amenities and the staff is great.

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to U.N., Grand Central, several subway lines and many restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Elevators can have a long wait. There's an "amenity fee," which is odd for lodging that is not a resort and has no pool. Gym is ok. Only real benefit of amenity fee is a free drink at the bar. Other than that, a good stay.

Pretty calm, close to everything and very welcome place

The room was adorable. Huge bed. Mini workout area. Clean. Beautiful smelling shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion available in the bathroom. The only down side was the sheets which were as rough as hospital sheets. Probably more durable and easier to bleach/clean, but so stiff and not sensory friendly. I’d 100% stay here again, but I’d make sure to bring a sheet from home to wrap up in or long pants and long sleeve shirt to sleep in and a pillow case of my own. Breakfast was delicious, with lovely presentation. We did not get a chance to try dinner due to our schedule, but the smells were amazing. Maybe next time.

The property in common is good and clean but the blanket and bed cover was old and not so clean

It was everything we hoped for in our stay. Thank You to the wonderful staff and all the friendly shops in the neighborhood around the hotel. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

Close to Grand Central Station. Easy location, lots of things to do in the vicinity.

The only issue was the parking and cost, especially since we drove to drop our son off at LIM for college. The breakfast options were also terrible; we went to the corner store down the street for bagel sandwiches.

The proprlerty was great, loved the excercise options, free drinks, breakfast and the free cleaning of your gym gear was amazing. However there was a broken readinf light in my room. One more thing, expedia didnt book my room with the hotel but they dealt with it well and sat me at the bar for a free drink while they found me one. Looks like an error on expedias part

Drink at terrace tables is very nice in summer time. Also, Ermina's supermarket around the corner is convenient.

I liked everything. Very nice and helpful staff, great modern and clean room, great view, quick working elevators, nice bar and terrasse...

I stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year and this visit I was put in a handicap accessible room without being asked. This room wasn’t sufficient
