I stayed two nights at Executive Hotel Pacific Seattle in mid-August. The check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. Aside from the lack of a bathroom ventilation fan, the facilities were fine. Sadly, my stay was ruined by the conduct of a female front desk staff member working the night of August 12 into the early morning of August 13. When I politely asked for fresh towels around 11:30 PM, she reacted with irritation, falsely claimed it would cost $40, and spoke dismissively. Towels were promised but never delivered, and I waited nearly 40 minutes before reusing a damp towel. Later, when I reported a broken hair dryer, a male staff member tried to help and asked me to wait. While I sat in the lobby, the same female staff member returned from outside. She clearly knew why I was waiting — I even overheard the male staff asking her via radio — yet she ignored me, warmly assisted other guests, and tried to walk away without an update. After more than 15 minutes, I asked again, and she only said she could not guarantee anything and that I should keep waiting. I communicated clearly, never struggled with English, and gave no reason for such hostility. The difference between how she treated me and other guests left me humiliated. Although another staff member eventually helped, this unprofessional behavior outweighed the positives. Until management ensures respect for all guests, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I am not sure if room cleaning is something I should ask for but it was not done when we returned. It was only two nights so wasn't a big deal but still..

도심에 가깝고 university 역이 근처라서 교통이 편해요. 3성급이니 감안하면 가성비는 좋아요 출장호텔로는 좋은데 가족이 오는 것은 비추. 청결상태를 중시하면 비추. 샤워실에 고정식 수전만 있고 뱀관 이동식 수정이 없어서 불편해요.

우리가 원한 여행지를 다니기 편리하게 교통편이 잘 되어 있었고, 걸어서도 다닐 수 있고, 지하철과 버스도 편리하게 탈수 있어서 마음에 들었다. 숙소앞 공공도서관이 있어서 환경이 더 좋았던것 같다. 다음 시애틀 방문에도 숙박 의사가 있다. 하지만 호텔리어의 불친절이 조금 마음에 걸린다. 체크아웃 할때도 전화를 받느라 체크아웃에 최선을 다하지 않았다. 그점이 조금 아쉽다.

Check in kiosks broken, long line, somewhat run down but mostly fine.

Staff was very helpful and accommodated our requests, they were very professional. Breakfast was able to be adjusted per our diet. I can’t complain, except I think I paid a lot more than others did for the same size room, and the rooms were a little small. Overall a good stay!

They shouldn’t charge $24 for early check. In especially for the elderly.

Expensive, felt like I was being nickel and dimed at every opportunity for a sub par hotel. charge to print out new room key, no continental breakfast, charge to tidy room, Parking is inconvenient or expensive valet. Hotel is older and rooms are small. Would not book here again.

Good place to stay.

The property is on an incline and is mainly self serviced. But it does have a good bar that stays open late if you don’t want to go far.

We reserved a suite for 3 people. The room was spacious enough but there was no door separating the bedroom to the living area space where the pull out couch is. The bathroom door was frosted and did not close therefore had to put a shoe in the bathroom to hold the door closed. There was no table in the living room to set anything on. None of the TV’s worked in our rooms for two days which made it frustrating when we came there for sports. The air conditioning did not work. The garbage trucks came that night at 3AM and it was incredibly loud for awhile. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The cafe in the hotel is good and is a close enough walk to the stadium and food.

Wonderful experience at the Executive Hotel Pacific. We loved the clean and comfortable room and really enjoyed the perfect location since everything was in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the attached restaurant was excellent. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Seattle.

Liked you could walk most places. Didn't air condition didnt work, filter was very dirty hadnt been changed in a long time. No one would answer front desk or maintainace.

Convenient location. Easy walk to mass transit, popular sites like Pike Place Market, 1st Starbucks, etc. Most affordable rates in Seattle. Very comfortable bed. Older facility, but clean. Automated check-in via mobile and lobby kiosk, although there was a employee in lobby. Biggest negative is no elevator in lobby area. You have to drag baggage up or down a set of stairs to access elevators.
