Nice area. Could use better beds.

The first room we were given was disgusting, The smoke smell made us both gag... What happened to SMOKE FREE?? NOT HERE... Dead cockroaches in the halways... Second room... Bath/shower was dirty and moldy, sheets were dirty and stained, smelled like urine.. Outside garbage was over flowing.

It was a good stay the rooms are clean the staff was on point and quick to handle any of my problems and it was an overall great state

Terrible rooms were dirty and smelly. Had to change rooms it smelled so bad. Office personal older one was nasty and had an aditude. It does not matter how cheap the rooms are I will never recommend extended stay to anyone.

Started with a strange exp at the front desk. She acted so strange, my 14 yr old son burst out in inappropriate laughter. She propped her palm on her face, pushing up her nose, then handled my CC and paperwork. We both laughed when walking into the room. It was disgusting! I took off my shoes, and my feet immediately became black. Lots of debris on the floor- there is no rug. There was a bug on the toilet and a roach in the tub. The TV didn’t work. We just went to sleep, tried not to think about it and hightailed it as soon as we woke up. I paid for two nights, only stayed one. That’s how bad it was!noisy, uncomfortable, and filthy.

Do not, and I mean, do not book a room at this place he is completely and utterly filled with nothing but roaches and other insects. The staff is completely and utterly rude. If you have any issues, they gonna tell you that it’s not their problem and that you have to contact extended stay corporate my experience was horrible. Save yourself and drive past this hotel.

My room looked like it was never cleaned the floors what never swept or mopped and the sheets and pillows had stains I was not happy and there was no soap for my hair I had to go buy me some and the room stinked like wet socks and our room window was opened on top of that I told the front office and they told me that they would talk to there manager and I haven’t got a call back it’s like they don’t care I want my money back I am not happy at all I will never come to this place again

Everything was filthy

Moldy and weed-like smell. The window was not closed. Only two towels for 4 persons. The phone didn't work. No way to call the Front desk. There was no one to be reached at night. We checked out without staying.

A very clean, beautiful property. Very quiet and very cozy as well. Will be coming back !

This place was nasty, the staff (Patricia) was rude and didn't try to elevate the situation. People hanging in doorway of entrance smoking and being loud which will give you a feeling of it being undafe

Guests in the lobby speaking a foreign language with visible gun holsters, unfriendly staff and best of all, we got the room and saw at least 10 cockroaches and bugs roaming around. The room clearly had not been cleaned in weeks or months. We took pictures. Hair everywhere, disgusting kitchen and bath. There was a roach freshly smashed on the wall and we smashed a few more. Unbelievably gross. Third-world country experience. How can this lack of hygiene pass any health inspection? No apology from the unfriendly staff. Forced to leave as we were not going to risk catching bed bugs and have roaches crawl over us during the night. Will ask Expedia for refund and file a chargeback if they play hardball. Totally unacceptable!

Absolutely nothing the staff was one of the worst ones i have ever seen. I dont recommend this hotel at all

Smelled musty and dirty throughout the entire building. Kitchen counter had not been cleaned before we checked in.

Not a very clean room, floors were dusty and there were roaches. Very hard bed.

There is a lot to say about this hotel. I have traveled the world and lived in a third world country for a number of years. This property is just gross. 1. It STINKS. The vestibule, the first floor, elevator, third floor, and room each have a their own unique foul odors. 2. There was unusable, broken furniture in our room. 3. Every place that I saw: first floor, elevator, third floor, and room were filthy. Dirt caked on the floors, sticky spills in the hallways, bits of litter on the floors. We went to a nearby dollar store and Publix to buy a cheap mop, gloves, cleaning vinegar, and disinfectant spray. The vinyl floors had so many layers of dirt that the water wouldn’t come clean. Our bathroom towels had other people’s hair in them. 4. Two German cockroaches in our room. And yes, I have pictures of it all. I called the corporate office to let them know the poor condition of their property. About two hours later there was a bang on our door with a shout. The employee standing there with a cell phone to her ear just said “I got a complaint.” Did not introduce herself, showed zero interest in providing customer service, smirked when I shared all of the issues listed above in this review and said “You wanna check out?” No apologies for the state of the room or our discomfort, no just a smirk as if I was being ridiculous. We had evacuated to this hotel due to Hurricane Milton. The eye later passed directly over our house. Every hotel for hours was sold out- we couldn’t leave.
