Didn’t stay at the room end up leaving just because it was very loud and a lot of pets running around.

The service at the front desk is very poor. The room is dirty and falling apart. There are no actual body towels. The bathroom was disgusting. The beds had dirty linens. There were no pillowcases on the bed pillows. The hallway reeked of smells related to smoking in a supposedly non-smoking hotel. The latch was not properly secure. Very unsafe property.

I didn’t the service was horrible and my room look like it hasn’t been cleaned and the window was broken and I’m trying to leave but no one is at the desk so I can leave and get a refund.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I stay in a lot in Fort Worth. Filthy bathroom, every area had a stain of some sort. The tv didn’t work. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette. The bed was the cleanest part of the room. The night stands were dirty and one had a small puddle left on it. The staff at check in was kind.

It smelled like cigarette and marjijiana. I felt unsafe

They were overbooked and gave away our room before we could check in. Slightly sketchy customer base. We found a better hotel over in a tourist area.

The hotel was advertised as having 24/7 front desk. There was no staff there to check us in. There was no answer at the contact number. The hotel was also frightening. Bring there made us feel unsafe.

Staff is nice. Housekeeping is garbage.

Hotel was old and smells like smoke try to moved to another hotel but the weekend was full of events

The first room I was given, the fridge didn't work and I was told someone was coming to fix it so I went to dinner came back 2hrs later and maintance never came, so now at 930pm the desk is finding me a new room, I go to make sure the air is on and it is not blowing cold (only cool), then I get another room And that room has no toilet paper, no shower curtain, mold in the ceiling is the bathroom and mold all over the outside fridge I ask for a blanket and I get handed a crinkle sheet and told that is the blanket. I had to move all my things by hand as they had only one cart and it was in use....I had a full ice chest and a case of water among my regular luggage

We were told that the rooms that we reserved were not available at this hotel. Even at check in they did not tell us that the rooms we reserved and prepaid for did not exist at the hotel, instead they gave us the room that they had and only when we entered the room did we learn that our reserved and paid for room type was not available.

So, where do I start? Let me point out the positives to start with. The bed was comfortable, so I slept well. It was a quiet location and so the hotel was quiet. There were no rowdy customers to have to interface with. So all that was good. Oh, and plenty of parking there, so no worries about people hitting my truck opening their doors into my new truck. Now the bad parts... Commode leaked constantly, as did the tub faucet, so had to keep the bathroom door shut in order to not hear the dripping water, but I do have to say the water temperature and volume remained good throughout my shower, so no complaint there. No coffee or snacks or continental breakfast or even blankets for our beds and no changing sheets, emptying garbage, etc. for the second night's stay...bottom line, I guess you get what you pay for.

Housekeeping went in our room and stole a lot of our belongings 2 days in a row and management did nothing but laugh about it

I did not stay at the property. I booked a stay and cancelled it maybe a couple of hours later and was told that they would waive my cancellation fee but was still charged for one night stay.

There were people all over thee ground bbq and smoking weed, alcohol Girls standing around It was uncomfortable not again

This place was so nasty and sketchy I did not stay. I walked in past the numerous dope smoking people in the parking lot and homeless campers to a very rude desk clerk who obviously did not want to be there. I arrived at 2:30pm and was told I could not check in until 3pm. After looking at the lobby and surrounding area. I felt very scared to stay there, so I went to a different hotel and paid extra money to stay there.
