Absolutely worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for four nights and the first night, I killed three cockroaches so I had my room changed. Even I changed the room, I killed cockroaches everyday. I would understand if I'm staying at third world country, but not when I'm paying over $100 a night. I tried to take shower, but somehow the water is slippery and didn't feel like I was taking a shower. For breakfast, you get oatmeal and some snack which is not acceptable as breakfast I think. But people there are very hostile and lovely. If you're okay with cockroaches and save few bucks (hotels around there are expensive) I guess you can go.

Perfect stay perfect employees perfect Hotel

Misty and Dominique were part of the staff and they were the perfect employees! Definitely Misty, I have told all my friends and family where to stay when to come here! Even though it was downtown it was amazing thank you Misty for an amazing time!

Abby who checked us in is such a sweetheart. She made checking in easy and explained any additional fees so there were no surprises. I also enjoyed the very nice lady at checkout but I didn't get her name. Great stay!

I came in for 1 night and was given a room on the 3rd floor. Not sure if there is a designated floor for people who are more permanent or long stay at this property but the whole hallway smelled HEAVY of food and spices. Perhaps all the carpet should be removed from the hallways and rooms, for that matter. The room was overall ok, there was a mildew smell that was covering up the dog smell and the smoke smell. The laminate flooring on the entrance, kitchen and bath was nice and should be carried out throughout to help eliminate the lingering smells. My pillow smelled HEAVY of dog smell. It was uncomfortable. Parking was easy, not sure why there’s an additional fee. Breakfast was quick and easy for the go.

Horrible, they had to door to the lobby locked on entering, you had to pick up a red phone or the wall to talk to someone on the inside, then they tell you only if you have a reservation you can enter & that they charged for parking $8.00 per night plus a $100 deposit one I did all that the front desk lady had an attitude as if you already booked the room & we don’t for reimbursement you get what we give you. As I was in a room maintenance started knocking I open the door saying they had to pray the room with an pest control guy behind so I ask if they was gonna send me to another room he say no because they spaying everything room in the hotel so I might as well stay I could not wait to leave in the am the over all experience is a no -10

The only good thing about this place was the staff. They truly were pleasant, friendly and customer service was great. The room was clean, however the pictures do not represent the hotel to its true presence. Be wary that there is an additional parking and security fee whether you paid in full online or not. The hallways and carpets were dingy. I didnt have a choice to stay here, but I will not back.

Nice place and the room was very clean. The bed was also comfortable. Last minute book but we don’t regret. We recommend!!!

It was okay

The hotel itself was just fine. But, my husband compared it to Spirit airlines where we were unexpectedly nickel and dimed. At breakfast, we overheard another customer get charged because they got a spot on their towel. As I type, I have not received my UNEXPECTED $100 deposit return yet. I’m good. I’ll go somewhere else the next time I’m in Jacksonville, FL.

Couldn’t even get a discount, even though I didn’t stay in the room due to the fact that there was mold as well as water spots throughout the entire room

On the website, it said free parking. As soon i check in i was charged for parking.

Comfortable stay and priced okay!

This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've had in my life. I was hit with a deposit fee and a parking fee, which weren't listed during booking. Then they asked, "How many people?" And she says she needed the other party I.D. as well. Now, out of all of my years of traveling, I've never had a lodging establishment needing to know the identification of who a person may or may not be laying with. My word, the cameras aren't enough? Needless to say, I checked in, they got paid, and I left. I didn't even see the room after that malarkey. So, they made their money and kept a clean room because I wasn't staying there. Won't be booking there again, Im good.

At check in I was surprised with a deposit to my account in addition to the room charge plus a daily parking fee. This was not included in the information provided by Hotel.com. I was informed that the deposit would be refunded 3-5 days after checkout! Disclosure of these types of fees by Hotel.com would be appreciated.
