Terrible place . Had to ask for anything you needed for the kitchen . No blow dryer . Condom under the bed. First room was smoked in . DO NOT STAY HERE!

Employee “Alex”was a nice surprise. She carried some of my dish set to my room, offered a coffee maker, was always pleasant, and professional, and a nice change from the lack of customer service that I usually encounter with this franchise

Was pleased when first arrived arriving. Staff was nice an polite. Asked for extra sheets so my friend could sleep on the pull out bed. But when I pulled back the sheets on the main bed you could clearly see the sheets were used not only that, there was still crumbs of food in in it and on the side of the bed towards the wall. We used the extra sheets to remake the bed and shared the queen bed. Did not report then as we were super jet lagged and already in our pajamas. Complained in the morning but they didn’t seem to care. Was a kitchenette in the room but there is absolutely nothing in it. Not even a coffee maker, pots or a plastic spoon. Absolutely nothing!

Door handle to room 319 was broken so it only opened when lifted upward. A/C fan was very noisy and a lot of people in hotel have dogs which bark randomly through the night. The room is amazing besides all that.

First night we brought pizza to our room to wake up at 2am with roaches all over it. We switch room the next morning. Just a terrible experience

Dirty and uncomfortable sofa bed. Not enough sheets

Our stay was good, the room was nice but the breakfast was very disappointing.

Super quiet & way cleaner, bigger, newer & much nicer than San Ramon! Glad I stayed here!

The outlet on the wall at the kitchen area didn’t work. You have to empty the trash by yourself. You have to get Everything u need from the front desk. The shampoo should be provided in the room

Rooms smelled and no toiletries or blow dryer

Smelly! Shower broken, only tub tap worked but not shower head. Kitchen floor sticky.

My stay was from Monday night to check out Thursday. 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, the fire alarm went off twice in a row, late at night and at 6 am. My key card was disabled once. On my last night I went down to the lobby to figure out if I could do a late checkout, the gentleman at the front said I could do a late checkout at no extra charge, and asked what time I needed. Since I stayed for school, I requested 4 pm and he said it wouldn’t be a problem and would notate it for my room. The next day my family member that came with me was being harassed at 12 pm to leave the room. When I called the front desk to ask why this was happening they claimed they didn’t know “why this happened or why the person at the front desk told me what he told me and that they needed to charge me an extra night.” I had the vehicle and was not able to leave to get my family member. The person at the front desk and I argued for a while until they apologized for the staffs lack of training and allowed my family member to stay until 3:30 pm at no extra cost. The only reason I have them 3 stars is because they did what they could to remedy the situation. I would not stay here again if the cost of a standard room is more that $100 a night. This was a convenient location and that was it. Also the “breakfast” is more like a snack counter, banana, granola bar, or a black coffee.
