가격대비 만족도가 낮은 호텔입니다. 손님 응대가 개선되어야하며 방을 찾기 다소 불편한 구조입니다.2층인 구조라 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 무거운 가방을 들고 2층까지 여러차례 움직였는데 룸위치도 같은게 있으면 좋을것 같습니다.

첫번째 방은 더러운 냄새가 진동하여 방을 바꿨으나, 새로 정해준 방은 히터가 제대로 작동하지 않아서 추웠음. 다음날 아침에야 더워지는 느낌을 받음. 동네는 조용해서 좋았음.

출장 중간에 포트랜드에 하루 일정으로 방문할 때 이 곳에 숙박하였습니다. 저렴한 가격으로 하루밤을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 위치 때문에 선택하였으며, 시설은 평범하였습니다.

가격에 비해서도 더 떨어지는 서비스. 나이키에서의 미팅만 아니었으면 절대 안 갔을 듯.

We checked out after the first night. The property was filthy along outside stairs and platforms. Bathroom was in poor condition with filth in corners and along base of bathtub. Table and counter surfaces were stained and sticky. This property is sub-par, and needs maintenance and a major cleaning and a power washing of the stairs and landings. Just an overall lack of care and attention.

Kind staff

It's rubbish. The staff threw the bed frame and almost hit me. The front desk staff was not responsible in their position. The hotel room hygiene was extremely poor. Our skin was itchy.

1st staff member gave me an occupied room! 2nd staff member was kind, accommodating, embarrassed, thanked me for being kind, and needs to go to a better “hotel” (NOT) and grow into a management role! NOT best choice unless you have no where else to sleep.

The staff were nice. The room was very musty, and smelled like there were pets in there, and the smell soaked into the carpet. Room had ants too. We had to buy air fresheners, otherwise it was unbearable.

It was close to the ER Animal Hospital where I had been with my cat. Liked that they accepted cats. The overhead bathroom light needed repair. A large table lamp with no lampshade was placed next to the sink with the electrical cord next to faucet. There was a gfi outlet to plug in the lamp but even so this is a serious safety issue. Just repair the light overhead. The leather chair was ripped badly in 2 areas on the seat. Other than that, it was ok.

Worst stay. No clean towels available and if so, they would say in 4-5 hours. Place smells like urine, blinds broken/missing in our room, sofa bed had stains all over. Very disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Great place, honestly. Quiet and chill. Obviously not the nicest amenities, but very clean & well kept. Stayed here twice and enjoyed both times. King room with sofa is best bet.

The room we had was nice. Very roomy for my family. The little shampoo bottles you get in the bathroom, well the one that was in our bathroom was little to empty. There was shaved facial men hair behind the bathroom sink faucet. Gross. The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby smelled of cigarettes. You can tell there are guests that live there. The only down side of the place are the full trash cans. Our room was next to one. The day we checked in it was just filled and overflowed with more trash on the ground next to it. Other than that its a decent place. It'd be better to seperate the guests who live there to one building and those who are on vacation or business, etc to stay in another.

Front desk not good

This place was a dump in several ways.

This hotel has a great location, very nice exterior, easy and close parking. However, when you get inside the room you have a whole different experience. Our entire reason for the stay here was the kitchen. One burner didn’t work. The other took over 10 minutes to barely heat up. The fridge didn’t get cold at all I worried about my food safety. So we still had to use restaurant. So much hair in the tub drain that you stood in the backup water. Tub was dirty and moldy, hair dryer broken, tv sat crooked as the stand was broken. Bed decent but very loud and creeky. With better housekeeping and some easy upgrades this would be a super nice place! Very gross feeling all around. Will not return

The bathroom was filled with black mold, insulation hanging out of a hole in the ceiling and stains on the bedding.
