The front desk clerk was great. He had me checked in really fast. The room is clean and the bed is very comfy. Overall this is a very nice hotel. Thank you for such great customer service!

Si les gustaría hospedarse en un chiquero háganlo en este hotel, su política es hacer la limpieza del cuarto cada tres días, pues dicen no contar con personal que limpie, por lo que durante su estancia estará sucia la habitación, no dan toallas limpias ni surten insumos de baño solo cada tres días lo hacen, las camas seguirán sin tender, ni aspirar ni limpiar el baño o sea todo sucio, las instalaciones descuidadas, no sirven los contactos si necesita cargar sus aparatos electronicos no lo podrá hacer, dos sobres de café instantáneo cada tres días. Peor que si le regalaran a uno la estancia ahí, no lo recomiendo y por nada volveré a ese hotel, lo deberían clausurar por sus políticas de tan poca higiene

Nothing unique it fulfilled its purpose.

This has been my go to hotel while visiting Texas State. Very convenient location and always clean. Free breakfast was offered, but no plates, flatware or cups were set out one morning. I looked through cabinets under counter to find coffee cups. Small oversight but critical to the travelers expecting service for breakfast. Bathroom could use a few updates, but overall hotel is very clean and comfy. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Texas State.

Buena ubicación cercano al downtown de San Marcos y cerca de un walmart, en una zona alejada del resto de los hoteles. Muy amables y apoyan me apoyaron a resolver problemas para imprimir documentos.

I was very happy with my stay, and very happy that the guest laundry was in good condition!

We were given an ADA room which was an inconvenience when showering. It was late and we just wanted to rest so we didnt complain.
