Nice hotel. Only issuenwas no hot water during our 2 day stay. Not much funnwhennits 40 degrees...

I’d like to bring up a concern about the lack of hot water during my stay. It took a full day and night to resolve, and there were no accommodations or alternatives offered in the meantime. This impacted my experience significantly, and I’d appreciate it if something could be done to address this issue.

No hot water! We paid full price for a room that did not have any hot water. Supposedly the water heater went out. No notice to let us know, and no refund or discount on the room. Frustrating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were basic but sufficient and very family friendly. I subtracted one star because the hotel tried to charge me an additional $5/night for parking even though the listing claims they offer free parking. Apparently they stopped offering free parking as of Jan 1 but haven't yet updated their listings to reflect this. They didn't tell me about this ahead of time - I only noticed it when reviewing my bill at checkout.

Place was quiet and conveniently close to town

Location is great close to everything, very clean property the girl at check in and out was great.The only thing we weren't aware of was the charge for parking.

No frills which is okay but no help with luggage, charged for parking?? Empty parking lot and not disclosed when booked through Expedia. Expedia showed total price including taxes and fees when selecting room. Charged for room price and added taxes and fees. $20 more than quoted. Never fixed. Add this to the unknown $5 parking fee. Breakfast that was included was good with a lot of choices kept fresh by very friendly and helpful staff member in charge of the breakfast area. Overall the property was clean, room was clean with comfortable bed. But free internet was inadequate and you need to pay to get "advanced" internet. Very limited dining near the hotel. If arriving late evening, eat before you get there.

My experience was great when I checked in with Front Desk with Daisy. But I had an issue with John the guy in the front desk . I had mention to Daisy if i could leave the key for the room for my son and she said "yes of course I will leave the key front desk with his name just have him ask for it and he could get it"! I said "great thank you". So my son gets to the hotel ask for the key the at front desk guy 'JOHN" tells him "no you can not have the key if your not the person on the hotel"! My son calls me that John doesn't want to give him the key, so I told my son "hand me the phone so I could talk to him" . so he passes me the phone! John said" I am not giving him nothing because his not on the list and your a third party you don't get the same service "! he hangs up on me !! i don't think that is a great customer service already . So i call back and I told him why he hang up on me and he mentions "I don't have time and I am not giving your son anything"! so he hangs up again. So the third time I ask for the manager and he says 'No-one is here"! and hangs up for the third time.. From there I was really upset I don't think for a great place like Fairfield should have someone unprofessional like this for front desk and customer Service. I also wanted to mention my room wasnt clean the next day so had no room service which I dont now why that wasnt done either. But the customer service John hanging up on me was really bad customer service.

We had several issues during our two night stay. When we arrived we found a pair of underwear stuck behind the toilet. Not sure how that was missed when the room was cleaned. The shower was only lukewarm and actually turned cold on me both times I used it. The breakfast was not restocked often and the second morning most of the food was gone even though it was only an hour into the breakfast time. Upon checkout I discovered that we were charged $5 a day for parking which we were unaware of.

Just one nighter to visit family

Decent location......nothing special. The two phones in the room did not work and the maintenance guy was no help. We asled for room service two days in a row for towels and empty the trash and nothing happened. The breakfast equipment had two out of order signs posted for the waffle machine and the juice machine. Poor selections too.

Ideal location on our way to SfO Very clean and amazing place to stay. Breakfast was good too.

The property is great, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is enjoyable. The only downside is the bed. The bed is quite hard and uncomfortable.

The stay was excellent. Rooms were tidy. The staff was courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
