We really enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet at night and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept well. The staff was amazing and helpful with all our questions. The hotel was kept very clean. It was also very close to Universal Studios. Parking is free. Once we parked , we never had to move our car. They have a shuttle bus to Universal Studios, which was so convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

Older hotel. Carpet was torn in our room. HVAC system blower did not work correctly. Breakfast had a toaster but no bread to toast.
Probably not stay here again.

I am not sure why this hotel has a high rating. It was awful and is not even the level of a Marriott Fairfield Inn. It's shocking that they even put their name on it. It is old and very run down. Our room was not great and smelled horrible. The breakfast was definitely the worst I have ever had and I'm really not picky. The only thing saving this hotel is the location and the staff. Every person that works there is incredibly kind and helpful.

Det som var bra var att det fanns shuttlebus till Universal från hotellet samt frukost. Rummet var i mycket dåligt skick. Det hade behövts renovering av matta och väggar. Dörr till grannrummet fanns i rummet som vi hade låst, men bättre om det inte funnits. Vi fick rummet precis bredvid receptionen och det lät mycket från hissarna och annat runtom. Skulle inte besöka igen.

We loved the hot breakfast and it is very close to a number of eating establishments. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a mild musty smell to it which my wife and son noticed although I didn’t notice it. I had seen previous reviews mentioning this. The staff had already allowed us to switch rooms as the first room we entered had a stronger smell. We kept the bathroom fan going during our stay and the smell wasn’t as noticeable after the first day of a five day stay.

This was a very clean hotel, with an excellent staff. And it's less than a mile walk to Universal Studios with lots of restaurant options around, (fast food and higher price point). Miller Bar was really good. Also, there is a Walgreens in case you forget anything for your trip. Excellent stay!
