We had a very nice stay. Front desk clerk was very nice and checked us in quickly. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was fine, but a little bare. Attendant on duty was very attentive.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tulsa. Good, convenient location.

Only big downer was we returned to our room on our 2nd day to find that the room had not been cleaned. The manager said that they had changed their policy to only cleaning every other day, which I had never heard of. I found it odd and a bit disappointing.

The room itself and the staff were great. The level of sound from outside was pretty bad. The hotel is right off of a major highway. It was pretty loud all night long. The room was also quite bright at night. The only other bother we had was the air conditioner didn’t seem to run very long. So we kept waking up hot. After throwing the comforter (no sheets on bed) off the air conditioner would kick back in again and you would get cold.
As for the location. I didn’t feel very safe at all. There were homeless people ALL OVER THE PLACE. It didn’t feel safe in the daylight and I worried about our vehicle.
Be warned about the vagrants and the road noise.

I was most impressed by the team at the hotel. Ashlee was outstanding and went above and beyond when there was a door issue with my original room. Breakfast was fantastic and the property is very centrally located—it was far more than I had expected for the price.
