All service was good. But the towel (in the bath) was not enough (there was so many guest so the room clearing service wasn't made on time)

Great place, amazing staff??

There was a fowl odor in my room. Got worse through the night. I was unable to sleep and forced to check out earlier than planned.

Customer service is everything and the guy that checked us in what stoic. I did not feel if I was wanted. In fact, it seemed as if he had been working all day and didn’t want to be bothered. I received a call from the front desk at 3am asking for someone I didn’t know, which hindered me from going back to sleep. It was also difficult to fall back to sleep because of the noises, which I couldn’t tell where they were coming from. Next time, I’ll listen to the ratings. This hotel should be rated lower. Nice area, horrible place to stay.

Charise at the front desk was great. The rest of the staff was great as well. Breakfast was good for free breakfast, and I loved having coffee available all day. Great Job!!

The carpet in the room smell terrible, when I walked in the room for the very first time the room had a heavy sweat smell.

Didn't end up staying because of a horrible smell coming from a nearby sewage treatment facility. The person at the front desk even acknowledged that it was a problem. They put an $1110 hold on my credit card on 7/9. It is now 7/17 and after repeated attempts to get it removed it is still being held by them even though I didn't spend one single night there. Their management company "Bonvoy" was absolutely incompetent and unable to help in any way. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at a Marriott. There are many better options. I'm still waiting form my $1110.00 to be released.

It was ok, I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice. The building is generally modern and well kept. The walls in our room were thin, I could hear someone in a different room during the night and it sounded like they were in the same room as me. They don't seem to put liners in the trashcans or clean their towels very well- a hair was on one of our towels and when I took it down they placed the same towel with the hair on the rack. The tub also had random hairs in it, before any of us used it. Breakfast was mediocre, the only fresh fruit option were bruised green apples wrapped in plastic. They also had what looked like breakfast sausage patties and scrambled eggs that tasted like plastic. We mainly had waffles and coffee during our stay.

10 out of 10 such a nice room love the experience with the staff. They were so nice as I walked the property. If I'm in the area, I'll be staying here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean; however there was a very strong odor outside that slowly came into the room and made it difficult to stay comfortable. It literally woke my mom and I out of our sleep. By morning we didn’t smell it anymore but we were only there for 1 night
