Excellent stay. Clean room, professional and friendly staff, many amenities, huge breakfast buffet included. 1 minute walk to everything!

Proximity was great - staff is amazing!

Staff at this hotel were SUPERB!!!! I should have written this immediately, because I have forgotten names of the front desk agent who checked us in, and REALLY started our weekend off so well, and, the Breakfast Manager, with whom we chatted, who also really made our stay so nice and happily memorable. I follow a Celiac and lactose-free diet, and the breakfasts made this possible. Finally, if you travel to NYC by train, as we did, you can not beat the location, across the street from the new Amtrak station. Win win, but the STAFF were the best thing of all. (and the comfy bed!)

Nice and special

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was right next to the hotel in the city parking , reasonably priced. Hotel amd staff were very nice and the included brakfast had lots of options. When we come back to NYC I'll deff be checking this hotel out

Nice hotel close to MSG and train stations. Most of the staff were friendly. The on-site bar and restaurant,…would definitely not recommend. Super overpriced, horrible food and service from staff was beyond horrible. Breakfast was decent but the small space was overcrowded for the amount of guests, We liked that they had a luggage storage service, so when check out is 11 and you aren’t leaving the city early you have option to store it so you aren’t toting it around!!l That was a win.

All good. The free breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Great location right infront the train station and minutes walking to the nain atractions

Clean hotel in a very beautiful and convenient location.

A part l’emplacement plein cœur de ville donc excellent mais il y en a plein d’autres dans ce cas rien n’était à la hauteur. Une chambre à 3400 € la semaine, pas de chausson, pas de peignoir, même pas une balayette pour les toilettes, deux bouteilles d’eau de 70 cl affichées à 6 dollars pièce. Nous sommes arrivés un mercredi on a fait notre chambre pour la première fois le dimanche et ensuite seulement deux fois. Petit déjeuner médiocre pas de fruit, toujours les mêmes œufs brouillés saucisses pas de place pour s’asseoir dans une salle exiguë plus proche d’un couloir que d’un espace déjeuner à tel point qu’on devait emmener son assiette à la réception pour déjeuner sur les sièges de l’accueil. Le roof top ferme alors qu’il faisait 9 degrés et que tous les autres étaient ouverts. Vraiment une mauvaise adresse je le déconseille fortement.

The location.

Probably one of the best locations you could stay in Manhattan. Very close to the subway and stations and a 15 minute walk to Times square and 30 to Central park so very central. Although the hotel doesnt have everything, because of its proximity to everything, its not a problem. The room itsself was warm, comfortable and had a fantastic view of the city which made it even better.

This hotel was very clean, the employees and staff were amazing and we had the best time. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved having the subway literally 100 ft away. We could get to our broadway shows in 10 minutes and to times square in 15-20. I will stay here again for sure!
