The staff was all very friendly, The food area was OK, but it could have used some improvements. For example, the sausage links were barely warm and the toaster took forever to pop up. I usually look forward to the waffle makers and having a real butter. They did not have real butter and the waffles came out soft so I was very disappointed in that although they did have many condiments like chocolate chips and walnuts and fresh jams that were very good. We had a whirlpool in our room, which was nice, but the room was very humid when we checked in. We only used the whirlpool on the first day of three days and the humidity did not improve. Even though we ran the air conditioning the entire tim.Our clothes all felt damp. There was something wrong with the showerhead so we called the maintenance department and they came in quickly to fixed our problem which I was impressed with. The swimming pool area also had a hot tub which we were not impressed with at all. All of the Jets were broken off, and the water just bubbled and splashed out, and it looked very dingy. The swimming pool was very small but OK for small kids just to play. I was very surprised to find that we were charged $10 dollars a day to park our car which was added on our bill as incidentals. I expected us to know that information when we book the room, but it was not mentioned. Overall, the hotel needs updating, and things are getting old. I don't think it was worth what we paid to stay there.

Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Also it was quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep!

We still don’t get used to housekeeping service not being every day. They spin it like they’re doing us a favor, which is sort of infuriating. Having said that, the staff were very friendly unhelpful.

Staff was not friendly. Room was in poor condition. Elevator was sketch & out of date on inspection.

Good location on east side of Indianapolis to permit quick access to I70 E. Parking lot is being resurfaces and is part of a conference center. Fast food is walkable. Neighborhood is on the lower end of OK. Check-in OK. Room was booked so upgraded to executive suite. Clean. Carpet could be updated as was worn, but serviceable. Folks at desk were great. Breakfast was outstanding. I would stay again

Very comfortable bed! We were able to get extra bedding and towels easily. Only real critique for the king suite is that even you fold out the sofa bed there is almost no room to walk around it, which you need to to get to the bathroom.

After a very long and tiring day we returned to our room to find it had not been cleaned at all. We had to go to the desk and get our own fresh towels and coffee for the next day. The people at the front desk were very nice but the cleaning staff is severely lacking.

I had to request a change of rooms because the first room I was assigned had a strong odor of cleaning chemicals that affected my sinuses. The staff was helpful and gave me a room with less of an issue. Overall the property was run down and needs maintenance and updates. The parking lot was broken up, and the sign was partially not working.

Everyone there were very pleasent and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and smelled really good, and was quite spacious. The only negative was, for my family the beds could have been more comfortable. Over all we had a great stay.

Promised my kids a fun pool night after tournament games. The pool was closing at 9 instead of 10 bc they had NO TOWELS!!! You extend the sofa bed and have NO SPACE to walk around it. So uncomfortable. The bathtub is curved, which is a fall hazard for kids and adults—not coming back here for sure. They are short-staffed, needed water, and had to wait like 10 minutes to get service.

Who designed this room?! Our room had a king size bed with pull out couch but there was way too much furniture in the room making it feel congested. When the couch was pulled out into a bed there was no room to get by so you had to crawl over to get to the bathroom. There was some unnecessary corner unit blocking the couch from going back. Bathroom tiles were loose and shower dispensers were built for someone 7 feet tall. Bathroom fan broken
