공항셔틀이 있어서 편리했어요

청결하고 단정한 가성비 좋은 호텔. 공항과의 셔틀버스는 큰 도움이 되었음. 데스크 직원 친절함.

조식포함, 공항인접성 등이 탁월 엘리베이터 이용 시 계단을 지나야하고 객실 방음이 잘 되지 않아 주변 방 소리가 잘들림.

화장실은 비교적 깨끗하고 여유로움. 뉴욕JFK 공항과 호텔간에 셔틀서비스를 제공하여 편리하나 공항에서 호텔로 갈때는 Pickup point까지 가야하는데 불편하여 택시를 이용함. 일반택시말고 우버택시를 이용함이 안전하고 요금바가지를 피할수 있습니다.

The shuttle drivers were so friendly and kind, the desk staff were so helpful, the rooms were very nice bathrooms seem to be remodeled recently and of course, the location is so convenient for flying in and out of JFK

Great property and room

Un hotel promedio la ubicación me dio la impresión de ser insegura y en mi caso pedí almohadas y sólo tenían una y tuve que bajar por ella es decir no me la mandaron y no tenían funda

Staff was helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely happy with their job!! Diane was very nice, a great asset to your staff! Welcoming everyone coming into the lobby etc!! Was very helpful to me while I was waiting for pizza delivery!

Staff was great

Hotel was perfect for my stay and in short proximity to airport. I think 7 mins drive. Staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly! Every single person was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and had people cleaning all the time. Breakfast had hot and cold items so that was nice. Great spot if you’re flying in and out of JFK on a short trip. Oh there was service 24hrs and snacks etc you could purchase 24hrs. The area around it probably isn’t the safest and a little loud however that’s what you get next to airports typically highways and such - the location made getting to JFK incredibly easy though and that’s why

Hotel itself wasn’t bad but very limited on what they offered. Bed comfortable and quiet which was great. Room and shower was small, only 2 bottles of water on arrival and required to pay for more if needed. Safe in room not working so no point in having it there. They should have coffee and tea available throughout the day (it ends with breakfast service at 9.30). Area not good, very sketchy, felt unsafe to walk. Nothing around so very inconvenient.

rooms were very comfortable. airport transport takes too long to get to the hotel from JFK, so we took a taxi.

For a clean, albeit small, room, well-maintained, this is an acceptable choice. Location near JFK is also a plus, making it easy to return a rental car. The neighborhood is quite worrisome, with almost no dining options nearby. Staff were friendly, but their accented English made communication difficult at times. Breakfast was somewhat limited (no fruit at all, for example), but reasonably tasty. If a bargain hotel is needed, convenient to JFK is needed, this will suffice.

Excellent stay

If you ever need to stay near JFK this is a clean and wonderful property to get some rest in between flights. East Indian restaurant in walking distance is really good
