Fairfield Inn By Marriott Savannah I-95 South

Left hotel and didn’t end up staying after front desk associate gave us keys for the wrong room. We walked into someone else’s room. Then laughed when I told them about the situation. Hotel dirty and poorly run.

Did not stay here! Will never stay here! My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking on the day I was due to arrive. notified by email which I cannot read while driving. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that they start cancelling the online travel service reservations before their Marriott customers. Expedia has been trying to process my refund. The property has not responded to inquiries made by Expedia. It's been a week and no refund. I would not recommend this property, You have been warned.

Great location. Right off I 95. Room was very clean but highly scented of cleaning products or deodorizer.

Superior service

Heat did not work and there was no manager on duty to switch our room. The front desk gave us the managers cell phone number and he did not answer and his VM was full. Breakfast was adequate and room was pretty clean.

Access to several good restaurants

While the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is hospitable, the breakfast is not the greatest.

Check in was slowed down tremendously by customers ahead of me that were given rooms that weren't clean. they had to switch rooms with small children and it took way too long. Front desk associate stayed calm but had no one to call for help and was going through a "process" that shouldn't have taken so long.

Nice property - comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, courteous staff. Conveniently located to a number of restaurants.

The room type I reserved was not available. The air conditioner in the room did not blow cold air. The shower was broke and very little water would come out the shower head. The sheetsvwere old and rough.

Room/Suite with Sofabed was good and big. In the confirmation mail was a reminder that check in is in a other Location (Adress from Hotel SpringhillSuites) - but that was en false. The Breakfast was the most bad on our 2 week USA-Trip. The Toast and Bagel was two Days empty. On the second morning on 08.30am was also Eggs, Burgers and Joghurt empty. After 09.00am the breakfast Area was shut down and closed (Hours 06.00-09.30am). There are better Hotels arround to coose.

The property is very dated. As well as the linen and terries. The location is central to Savannah & Pooler which made getting around a breeze during my stay. The king suite is spacious, but there no door separating the space tho. No privacy if you're traveling with children. The room appeared clean. I did not see anything to make me think otherwise or feel unclean. The hotel is staff 24 hours. Everyone was kind, courteous and ready to help. Check in & check out was easy.

Nice place to stay

I have stayed here numerous times in the past, traveling both on motorcycle, as well as, motir vehicle. The reception, attention and service have always been great!

Ok stay. Property is old and room carpet was dirty. Needs major renovation asap

The staff was very friendly but the bathroom in the room was dirty. I would not shower there.

This was a standard Fairfield Inn

Room,bed nice, need new pillows. Our shower ran onto floor and didn't drain. I advised staff about this on exit. Have always preferred your hotels but this may be a room oversight
