The front desk staff was hospitable. But the rooms had foul smells and dirty towels. Only staid there one out of the two nights.

I have stayed here about 20x or more and i absoulety love it. Quiet. Beautiful relaxing pool area with jacuzzi. Has all the neccessities and more.

The room was so outdated, tub was super stained that we had to wear sandals to shower. The mattress was old with those 80’s springs and squeaky. The ceiling fan was full of dust, the white bath towels were stained. Only thing new was the flooring. The walls were patched up white everywhere in the room and not painted over to match the wal paint. $155 for one night that I couldn’t even sleep was the worst hotel stay ever.

It was a horrible experience from the start. Our reservation was successfully booked online as advertised with a king size bed however, when we arrived at front desk the man said he would give us a 2 beds room as a complimentary which i objected to. He then said the 2 beds were king so i said I'll take it then. Upon entering the room wife needed to use bathroom and noticed blood stains on floor, filthy smell inside the room, the beds sizes were full size not king size they looked very old and smelled dirty. Wife was curious on how the inside of the bed looked and was very disgusted after what she saw. We both agreed not to stay in that room so proceeded to go back to front desk and politely asked for what we reserved online the man said i should stay in that room and disagreed to give us another room because he said he had no more king size rooms available. I immediately noticed he was very argumentative with us i then asked for a copy of the document i signed and he refused to do so. I asked for a refund and he showed no intentions to help Very unprofessional

It was an old fashioned clean facility at a very convenient location for my visit, for a reasonable price. Posted signs in the room and office were out of date. They offered breakfast, but there was no breakfast.

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. I spent the first 30- minutes killing flies in the room. The bed was hard and very high off the ground. Everything was very old and dilapidated. I didn't want to stay as soon as I saw the hotel.

This was a nice room. It had an oversized closet, a kitchenette area, a couch and a comfy high back chair. The bed was high and comfortable. The bathroom was standard. I hope the remove the tubs, when you're both big and tall tubs suck. I wish the TV was a little larger. The bright colors were nice.

Pleasant stay as always. Not fancy, but doesnt need to be (awesoms value) I didnt even realize this place has a nice pool & spa area last time we stayed..both were very clean & usable & the spa works too

Nothing like the pictures. Place is really old furniture looks like it’s berly holding and bed sounded like it was about to break. We got moved to a second room the second night due to us finding a meth pipe in between the couch seats. And second room was more torn apart restroom shower was breaking and there was berly any water coming out of the shower head.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I usually leave wonderful reviews...but if this can save another family from experiencing it then that is good. This motel was absolutely disgusting. I honestly don’t know if they even cleaned the room before we got there. We had to shower with our shoes on because the shower/tub was black and disturbing to look at. We removed all the blankets and slept in sleeping bags because the bed was so uncomfortable—it was indented from where people had slept before. There was hair on the bed, and even worse, we found a cockroach carcass in the bed. The floor was so filthy that just walking from the bathroom to the bed once left my feet completely black. The previous guests even left a beer in the freezer—proof that housekeeping doesn’t bother to check anything. The calcium buildup in the bathroom was terrible. I honestly felt like we needed a hepatitis shot after staying here. We didn’t complain because we had no extra cash to stay somewhere else, but for one night, this cost us $187! The only positive thing I can say is that the water was hot, and the water pressure was decent. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I will be reporting this place to the health department because I don’t see how they’re still operating.

An amazing value, very spacious & comfortable room with large closet, microwave, small fridge. The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. I don't think the shower was dirty, its just a little bit older but everything else looked very clean. Could not beat the price and reasonable driving distance to escondido, Temecula, oceanside, etc. Enjoyed our stay here.

Room was disgusting. Cracks in the shower. Toilet paper holder broken. Paint (blood?) drops on the floor. Floor is filthy in general. Beds are uncomfortable, they make noise anytime someone rolls over. Overall if I could give it a negative rating I would. Don't waste your time or money.

First impression…I should have walked right out as soon as I entered the lobby. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. The furniture in lobby was old, tattered and thrown together. No style or design. Not impressive or welcoming at all. Now here is the list for the room: 🤢 - [ ] Front step of motel room needs to be power washed. Dirty. - [ ] Room was extremely hot and muggy when we entered. - [ ] Fan in room had a layer of dust. - [ ] Screen door had holes and glass sliding door was filthy…couldn’t even see outside! - [ ] MOLD ☠️ around bathroom tub! - [ ] Tub itself was filthy too…dark stains. Walls of tub enclosure looked like old dried greenish color shampoo-like substance running down. - [ ] Only 1 of 4 light bulbs worked in bathroom. - [ ] Wall hair dryer in room did not work…and room was supposed to be a deluxe room??!! - [ ] Corners of all walls had dirt built up…needs a good deep cleaning with a powerful steamer. - [ ] Roach in bathroom. - [ ] Walls in entire room need to be thoroughly cleaned and painted. - [ ] Floors need a good sanitary cleaning. - [ ] Furniture was scuffed and stained. - [ ] Bed sheets looked like they had dust particles. - [ ] Lamp had layer of dust around power source. - [ ] Curtains were haphazardly hanging on curtain rod…tacky. - [ ] Room refrigerator “freezer” area did not work…did not freeze my ice packs! - [ ] Motel would not give me a refund for the difference as the room rate for the 2nd nite came down $40+.
