Very walkable area and a fantastic hotel. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Family friendly

The location was great however you can hear the train every time it passes. It was extremely noisy between the train and the loud refrigerator we didn’t get much sleep. The wifi didn’t work in our room and there was no hotel amenities such as free water or breakfast onsite. This place is set up more as an apartment building. You have to carry the room key with you or you will get locked out of the hallways. The bathroom had dirty towels in it when we arrived and looked as though they were never cleaned. The only thing the places has going for it is location. Walkable to dining establishments and the river walk. I would not stay here again for the price.

Great accommodation for our family of 6, with tons of space to spread out and feel comfortable. The property is located in an excellent location, within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I’d definitely book with Flow again and recommend to others.

It was a great stay! Would definitely do it again for a night out in Fort Lauderdale.

Excellent stay. Make sure to bring a bathing suit and enjoy pool. Great food at restaurant. Loved the extra space in the rooms. 10/10

This property feels more like a dorm facility than a hotel, as it is shared with long-term tenants. We paid extra for a river view, but the unit we received was on the end of the building directly above active railroad tracks. The trains ran loudly throughout the day and night, which made rest very difficult. There was no phone in the room to reach the front desk, and the number provided only connects to a voicemail rather than direct assistance. The building itself is large, so getting around requires a bit of walking. We had reserved two nights but chose to leave after the first. Parking in the garage is $40 per night (prepaid), and although we requested a refund for the unused parking, it was declined. Overall, the environment felt cold and noisy rather than warm and inviting. This may suit someone who only needs a simple place to sleep without many expectations, but it did not meet the comfort or service level we were hoping for.

This hotel was actually a really pleasant surprise. The overall aesthetic of the hallways and rooms strikes a balance between simplicity and elegance. The design leans minimalist, with clean lines, light wood furniture, soft neutral tones, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The room felt airy and modern yet comfortable (see attached photo for reference). One area that could use improvement is the trash disposal situation. It wasn’t clear whether guests should leave trash outside the door, bring it to the lobby, or use another method. Having clear instructions would have been helpful. The Nespresso machine included in the room was a nice touch, but nearly all of the provided pods were decaf, with only one containing caffeine. A better balance here would make a difference for coffee drinkers. The television was a sleek 65-inch Samsung smart TV with plenty of streaming options, though many profiles from previous guests hadn’t been logged out. It would be courteous for staff to reset or sign out accounts during room prep to respect both past and future visitors. Practical amenities were well thought out: the dishwasher and laundry machine both came stocked with detergent, and the dish soap at the sink had a surprisingly pleasant scent. The bathroom was spacious and modern, featuring a large overhead rain shower. Personally, I would have liked a handheld shower head in addition to the overhead, but I still had a great experience. That fact I didn’t have to see the front desk. Every time I came in and out was amazing or even interact with anybody. I love that.

Very disappointed with room. It was not at advertised. It was a two bedroom unit with only 2 chairs to sit in, no couch or dining table as advertised. We had to sit in the floor to eat. Will not recommend .

Love this property! We had originally booked the two bedroom suite but it was too small, they were able to accommodate us and give us 2 separate 1 bedrooms.
