Very tired facilities: carpet is warped in hallways and rooms (be careful not to trip over it), bathrooms were rusty, furniture broken (cracked), pillows were old and compressed at best (at worst lumpy). Rooms have no noise insulation so our first night we were kept up by a neighbor watching TV at a reasonable volume. The Inn (it isn't a hotel!) lacks amenities like conditioner and body wash and the morning breakfast includes a basket of old, bruised apples. The beds very soft memory foam. The location, on Mother's Beach, is fantastic, however.

The desk clerk was Amazing and attentive. I had to get my key card changed & he was on top of it. Very polite young man.

Start are not so friendly. Location is ok. Hotel is very simple. For one night is a good deal.

Good location but very tired. Don’t get the rooms that adjoin the building next door. Constant hum (air con maybe) banging noises and loads of road noise. The free breakfast is granola style bars, tubs of fruit in a syrup apples and crisps(chips).

Overall, the motel is very dated and, while on closer inspection it was relatively clean, it smells and feels dirty. Also part of the reason we chose the motel is for the breakfast. They did not have a breakfast.

Staff was ok, room needs renovating, sink falling off the wall in the bathroom. Tv was very standard no cable not even a smart tv. Location was beautiful but I expected so much more for paying over $350 for one night. The intention was to book a room at the marina and see the fireworks, staff confirmed we’d see them from the balcony which btw is on 2nd floor don’t be mislead like me, you couldn’t see a single firework from where we were at. Room was not it for us and really ruined the mood for NYE! Very disappointed we will never stay here again not worth the money! Lastly their free breakfast consisted of dirt coffee with no creamer provided, oatmeal packets and granola bars! Never again!

I prepaid for a reservation for these dates. Once I arrived at the location, I assessed that it was not ADA compliant. The hotel stated they understood and instructed me to phone Expedia. They would confirm my inability to walk up and down two flights to the beach, which is why we booked this place. Expedia called twice, and the receptionist declined Expedia's request to refund my stay; I lost the full amount, I had to book the Marriott across the street, so this trip cost me so much out of pocket and humility and shame - all because I am handicapped. Truly sad situation.

Hotel ancien mais propre et agréable de se lever avec la vue sur la plage. Dommage que le lit soit un peu mou et quon entende bien les personnes du dessus. Personnel très serviable. Pas loin de Venice Beach...
