it was impossible to get a chair by the pool on saturday. Half the people did not have bands. I know that the hotel needs to make money, but paying the absorbent hotel fees for not getting a pool chair is not cool. As well, our roomdid not get cleaned. when we reported it, they said they woulld come, and when we got back from night outstill not cleaned

First and Last Time! Not worth the money. Got a room that I did not reserved, and the kids had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Not all the Elevators were working, at times only 1 elevator was working, quite a bit of time lost waiting on elevators. Customer service in the pool area was terrible to say the least.

Beautiful

Nice hotel, however service is terrible and wait times for restaurants and lunch spots was always 30 min to 1 hour. The prices for food and beverages are heavily inflated and then there waiters and servers ask for additional tip on top of a 20% service fee. It felt like an exploitative practice to charge more for everything. In the evenings it is very rowdy and loud in the lobby as you get lots of people coming in for the club - good people watching but after 1PM it’s a hot mess b/c you end up with random people passing out in hallways and folks arguing till 5AM. For the premium price of hotel I would have stayed somewhere else as it did not feel like a premium hotel but rather a hotel that upcharges and upsales to make up for operating cost of a large property.

My first time at Fontainebleau!! Check in was seamless! We had a partial ocean view which was nice. The room was clean. However, the toilet had some weird splash back that I had to clean every time we flushed, the air ducts were riddled with dust, so my bed was covered in dust particles (allergic btw) when i called about it, it took multiple hours for someone to come. when he did he changed the filter but that didn’t fix the problem, the inside of the air duct was completely dust filled!! I asked about moving my room and they offered to move me on my checkout day which was yesterday. That didn’t help. Oh and there was active construction below my room which made it hard for us to sleep. Made it aware and there was no option to move my room. so needless to say now i am trying to recover. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful. The staff was great. The food options were great and the food was good inside of La Pôte. Ohhh and Lapis!! The SPA was EVERY THING!! Mr. Alberto gave an awesome massage.

Facilities excellent as well as service and rooms. Price of drinks by the pool were a little over the top as was the extortionate rates for parking in the garage. Air con in the restaurant for breakfast was actually uncomfortably cold. Overall we had a great time, could have been perfect.

Iconic property. Beautiful stay overall. Pools are wonderful. Comfy lounges, huge umbrellas, attentive staff. Poolside drinks are crazy expensive. $33 for a cocktail, delivered. Wow. Relatively quiet Monday-Thursday. Friday-Sunday is insane. Pounding music at the pools and you can’t escape it unless you go indoors. And to that: Fontainebleau retains all of its iconic charm inside right down to the classic Rat Pack-era music. The right blend of modernity with mid century modern. Great stay overall. Note: Sorrento suites are very nice and quiet. But they are looking a bit tired.

They charge a parking fee of 72 dlrs per day plu some additional hotel fees and taxes..so even though you paid your bill theough expedia you still have to pay money ehen checking out. Also pool hours are ridiculous...kid pool closes at 6:30 and i got there at 6 and they eere already closing, next day i got there at 5:45 and they were closed too! So my toddler did not enhoy the slide...they do not have a set time and thaeybtake you out. Crazy! We got this hotel because of the pool

I enjoyed the location with the access to ocean side, Mediterranean food and drinks. Also, the outdoor pools are beautiful and very clean.

Easy access to the beach

the staff always seemed to be bothered, and didn't seem to communicate with eachother. The pool was tidy and clean, the bathrooms were clean, but the seaweed on the beach could have been cleaned a bit more in the mornings. Ice machines were broken, safe was broken, some elevators seemed to be down quite a bit

Everything about this property is Great! I will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.
