One of the worst trip. When checked-in, I heard that the room will be made up every other day, but the first room make-up was on fifth day even I claimed on fourth night. After the trip, I could find there was a card transaction in the hotel from card history which I have not been informed and I need to clarify with them, I am not sure how long it will take to clear. I do not recommend to my friends

숙소 수압이 좋았다. 숙소크기는 나쁘지 않았음. 주변이 조금 위험한 곳에 위치해 있음. 스페이스 니들이 가까워서 좋았음. 리셉션이 불친절함. 다만 아침 스탭은 친절했음

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and very clean. A few good restaurants within walking distance. Not too far of a walk to Monorail. Very good buffet breakfast.

Staffs were friendly, and the room was quite clean and spacious.

This is an “ok” hotel downtown Seattle. It felt a bit run down. And the area seemed a bit questionable. One of the staff said not to walk at night outside. Elevator was very slow. I will not stay here again.

Homeless population closeby. One staff person at the desk didn't greet us several times we interacted (tall, very thin woman) One man, however, was very kinds and helpful to us.

A great property inside, clean rooms halls and lobby with friendly staff. Quite close to public transport, which is somewhat usable. Area around the property was dodgy: - Several homeless people living/openly urinating near a retaining wall adjacent to Mercer St - Cars lined up outside the side entrance door of the hotel with people vaping/living in them - Inconvenient to walk to other parts of the city as you would have to walk around a huge unmaintained vacant lot lined with trash, then under the freeway on Mercer St which looked dangerous This area like many other parts of Seattle, previously known for its great restaurants, coffee shops and activities, now appears to be in a general state of decay, despite the unprecedented prosperity of Microsoft, Amazon and Google who have offices based there. This screams government bloating & mismanagement. The government is doing a very poor job of helping the homeless & local businesses thrive, with many businesses shutting down & people leaving the city.

The property was clean, it had a very friendly staff. There is a grocery store within about 4 minutes walk with a big variety. The neighborhood was ok, not too sure if I would want to walk around after dark. Plenty of transportation to get around and close to attractions.

This was a nice place to stay. We stayed one night before our Alaska cruise departing from Seattle. It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The large room accommodated two adults and our luggage easily. With comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom, this fulfilled our needs perfectly.

I liked that it was within an easy walking distance to the Space Needle. Also, Jacob was an outstanding front desk clerk. He was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, but freeway noise comes right through the windows. Wear earplugs if you’d like a decent sleep.

shampoo was so diluted in water, and carpet needs to be renewed

Very quiet at night which we enjoyed!
