Very nice and upscale hotel.

Very cool hotel. Right next to all the Norfolk sights/sites like the historic Cannonball green path and Freemason street. Excellent restaurants and stores nearby. And the hotel restaurant is really not your usual hotel restaurant but really top flight. Also very helpful and understanding staff.

My second time staying at this beautiful property and just as great as the first time. Great downtown location near everything and I love the Lavazza coffee in the rooms. The beds are on the firm side but not uncomfortable. Also the bar has the best Old Fashioneds. I will definitely be back again.

I stay was absolutely positively fantastic! From check in to check out everything was just great! Chloe at the front desk made sure that everything I needed was taken care of, the bar and restaurant serve great drinks and food and did not disappoint, and check out was a breeze! The bed the linens were absolutely positively out of this world! I would return to this hotel just to sleep in that damn bed again!

I enjoyed the attached glass museum. The restaurant is also good.

It was modern and cute. The gallery was a fun addition to the stylish hotel.

My opinion is that the hotel can do better. There was constant noise from doors closing/slamming…upon further investigation we learned these were doors to staff areas, lines closet, supply closet etc….Instead of closing the doors quietly they were just left to slam shut. Sure didn’t need an alarm clock in the morning. Second concern is the room we have had holes in the floor that were just covered by carpet. When you stepped there you would sink into the hole; for someone who is not steady on their feet this could be dangerous. On a positive note, the hotel is very unique and the staff, especially the valet, are very pleasant.

We loved our stay at Glass Light! Staff was friendly and helpful. The bartenders were excellent. Our room was cozy. One helpful tip.....add more towel racks for the bathroom.

We had a quick over night stay. Staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and modern.
