Property is pretty decent. They are having trouble with their heating and cooling. It was really hot in the room and we couldn’t not adjust it. We opened to sliding door but then it made a loud whistle through the vent. The room was pretty clean, bathroom had a little mold in the shower. The staff was very nice!!!

Dog Friendly but $75 a night for your dog. No microwave or fridge in the room. We had two lamps that did not work BUT the staff are nice and friendly, clean , close to other casinos and overall a very good experience. Will return.

I wish they would user better pillows, as the ones they offer are too soft. Couldn’t get the temperature in the room to cool down and I finally had to turn it off so I wouldn’t sweat to death.

Great location, walk to event center and other casinos. The patio was fun with live acoustic music and the snow falling over the fires. The service in both food places was not great. Coffee shop super slow and steakhouse billed me wrong and forgot items. But the food was good. Very nice staff at hotel. Clean large room with a patio, loved that for the snow. Will stay again!

When we arrived to our room it was 75 degrees inside on the room, which I consider on the warmer side for temperature inside of a small confined room. When I turned the air conditioner on, it began blowing hot air and the temperature quickly went to 78 degrees. I called the front desk and the woman who answered stated “what, you want it below 78?” And made me feel invalid and dismissed me by saying she will “place a work order.” I went downstairs and to the front desk a different lady explained to me it is central air, meaning if it’s cold outside, only the hot air will work inside , and if it’s hot outside , only the cold air will work inside. I asked for a room change because by now my room was nearing 80 degrees and it was not bearable. She accommodated this but explained do NOT turn the air on, because only hot air will blow out. We arrived to our new room which was at 74 degrees and again, too hot for me but we had to endure it. I had to sleep without pajamas on and on top of the covers.

Nice little getaway for our birthday. The location was great and room was a good size, just the bed was way too soft. My boyfriend usually loves soft beds but said this one was uncomfortable. I love form beds due to my back issues. By other than that, it was a lovely getaway at the hotel.

Hotel was clean and the staff are great. Only thing i didnt like is parking. I know theres a renovation going on but there was no vallet, parking garage clearance is only 6’3 and my vehicle needs greater than 7’1 so i have to park all the way to the back like a block away. There was no shed or walkway made to walk back to the hotel entrance and it was cold and windy. Also lights to walk back to the hotel from the parking was lacking and have to pay parking.

Overall great staff and location. Room was not the cleanest and the furniture had a lot of tear and wear. I am excited to see how they plan on renovating the rooms in the future.

The room was 60° despite turning the temperature up to 75 or 80 it never changed I called to let them know at 6pm. Was told they would send a space heater and after about an hour I received a blanket 15° in Tahoe and I got a blanket

The room is at the back of the elevator, so noisy especially at night, there is no curtains , there is no window, the whole thing is a glass window from top to the floor therefore cannot open the glass door. The room is so hot and sweating at night . Cannot open the window. Asked the receptionist to clean just the bathroom 2x and nobody came. The telephone in my room is not working and I was told to use my phone to call the receptionist which I have to go thru many prompts to get there.
I asked to change my room but there is no room available.
I complaint to Brian , the manager and I was told Expedia will refund my money back. I have not received any phone calls yet up to date.
