No hot water. Spoke to someone on the day of my checkout they told me someone would call me. Still waiting on the call almost 2 weeks. This is unacceptable!

We had a great time there. Excellent 2 Bedroom room and one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Quiet area. Exactly what we were looking for.

We were very disappointed with the hotels indoor entertainment. The indoor pool was in very poor condition. And because it was cold outside we were expecting to be able to do indoor activities. The vending machines were not working and took some of our money and when we told the front desk they said they were not responsible for the vending machines. We bought cards for the kids for the arcade and was supposed to get extra credit for the amount of money we spent and didn’t get it, the front desk again said they were not responsible for that either. Also as you will see in the pictures, the water in the bathtub was green. I have pictures of the conditions and would like to be reimbursed for my trip. Thank you, Linda Mielke

I was worried after reading reviews but I had nothing to fear. The rooms were clean, the view was great, the beach was superb and convenient. The only negative I had is that new towels are not brought to your room, you must go to their guest laundry and give them your towels to get new ones. They did try to sell me a timeshare and I just said no thanks and walked away. I didn’t try the cafe. The pool was alright, one pool and the hot tubs were closed for reconstruction. The indoor pool wasn’t heated. The outdoor pool has heating but they didn’t turn it on, so on shady windy days the water was colder than the ocean. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay again.
