We had checked into another hotel earlier and it was terrible. We just couldn’t stay there so I found this hotel. We were late arrivals and they got us a room right away. They were pleasant to work with and we very happy with the cleanliness.

We booked a handicap accessible room. The only thing handicap accessible about it was that we could get the wheelchair into the room. There was no way to get the wheelchair into the bathroom. It was too small. The toilet was standard size, if that —very short and difficult for my daughter who recently had a stroke and has lived with cerebral palsy since birth. There were no grab bars. There was one small grab bar near the shower/tub, which was, of course, a normal step-in tub. When I asked about switching to a handicap accessible room I was told that their only handicap accessible rooms were single queen bed rooms AND that they couldn’t change my reservation because it was pre-paid non-refundable. We enjoyed our stay in Branson, but a room that fit the description of the one we booked would’ve added immensely to our stay.

Booked this stay after checking “prt friendly” as an option due to bringing out 5 year old Yorkie along for the weekend. Specifically checked “per friendly” option and this hotel showed up. Double checked to make sure it was pet friendly and even took a screenshot before booking to confirm it was indeed a pet friendly hotel. Got there and was informed, no, they are not pet friendly. Maybe this is on the hotel. Maybe it’s on hotels.com. Either way, this wrecked our whole weekend due to an hour scramble on empty stomachache find and confirm a hotel that was pet friendly and a horrendous stay at that 2 star hotel with paper thin walls and a lot of unsatisfactory conditions in the room. An exception should have been made in this circumstance by the hotel. Thankfully a refund was given. But we won’t get this weekend back that was a badly needed getaway for the family.
