I didn’t like that I booked a jacuzzi room and the worker at the front desk said that she couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through expedia but the tub wouldn’t hold the water up so I had to keep letting the water run in order to keep the jacuzzi working and enjoy it which was not cool because I paid for a jacuzzi room to have a jacuzzi

Overall fun for the kids . Although the shower was dirty- had the last persons long brunette hair stuck to the wall. The pool / Play area walkways were coated with smashed in food like chips and lettuce- pretty much made you want to walk with your sandals on intern pools. In the kiddie areas most of the water features cannons / squirters were broken or disconnected . Seemed like everywhere you turn they wanted to upcharge you- from the drinks to the arcades . The property in sure was beautiful when it was built but there’s some peeling paint and carpet stains that are hideous . Also $15 to park ? Um I just paid 450 for the room ( wolf den ) and 83$ in other charges . I mean the kids had fun but it ended up being about $800 for the stay with food and drink - and parking .

Forget about 4pm standard room (2 queen beds ) walks in, reservation paid month ahead, checking in at 3pm, no one know my room numer and when it will be available, txt messages from resort never comes, no notifications. I wait in Waterpark till 5pm and go to front desk, the guy didn't care whether I was there or not, but he told me at last my room number.... We always go to Kalahari or Wilderness,,, great wolf in Wisconsin dells was first and last time for us.... no one charges for parking great wolf charge.

The location was great, and the room was a little dated, but overall comfortable. They charge you $15/day to park, and guests have to wear an armband to get into your room and the water park. The armband isn't removable and terribly annoying to sleep/shower in. You can hear absolutely everything in the hallway and the floor above you.

It was pretty average for what we paid, it was clean, except no washer to do laundry is available on premises and that was an issue with a family of 6. No cleaning services are done unless you request it. It was nice to have an indoor water park considering we went in the winter

It is disappointing to discover that I have to pay for car parking, which was not disclosed at the time of reservation. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and has caused unnecessary frustration, especially since I am being charged twice for the parking lot. I kindly request clarification or a resolution to this issue

It started at the front desk, person was a bit rude, then charged for parking, we met there as a family, with 6 vehicles, would of been nice to know ahead of time to plan better. The room could sleep 8 with one shower. No information given on what was available on rhe property either.

Overall stay was good. Wasn’t worth the price. Felt taken advantage of because of the fees they don’t advertise about showed up and got me for another $100 I paid $800 for 2 days will definitely not be back

They cancelled my room due to a flooding issue. When I stopped by there, the supervisor at the front desk said they would issue a refund thru Expedia. But a week later I called their billing department because I had not seen the refund yet, they told me I have to initiate the request thru Expedia! This is completely messed up!!! Now I have no money for Christmas shopping!
