Nice place, but THE Hot Water was NOT WORKING, in winter, when a hot shower would have been priceless

The room was clean and ordinary. Floor was not carpeted. All appliances worked properly. The room was very cold when we arrived, it was a cold night and the heater had been off. Attendent provided extra blankets and adjusted the heater, but it still took 2 hours for the temperature to be reasonable. The rooms on one side are not easily accessible from the lobby. Continental breakfast was adequate.

The room was unable to get warm. Heater turned on and off all night. Still cold. Noisy. Peanut butter was maybe spoiled. Tasted not like peanut butter. No protein to eat. Person with two off leash dogs did not care that his dogs were a possible danger to our leashed small dog.

Receptionist is a pick me

We stayed here in a pinch so our expectations were not too high. We were right in our assumption. Although the property was clean,it was in serious need of updating. The unit we were in had a tub but the drain plug would not hold so a nice hot bath was out. The tub combo was old and dingy to boot. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.either. This property is one that thrives barely on doing the bare minimum. We are glad we only stayed one night.

Asked for a room that slept 3, no pull out so one had to sleep on a loveseat.

Water for shower was not hot, I couldn't shower in lukewarm water

No water. Checked into the motel after a long day and wanted to take a nice hot shower. But there was no water. Couldn't use the restroom. Had to go else where to use the bathroom. The water didn't come on till late into the night.

Very Disappointing Stay – Misleading Reviews and Rating This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a negative review, and I do so because I believe the current reviews and ratings for this hotel are highly misleading. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, and I feel completely misled by the positive feedback. I have to say, this might be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not as clean or bright as shown in the pictures—if anything, it resembled more of a motel. For instance, to access the breakfast area, you have to leave the building entirely and walk to another entrance. While we were staying there, the weather was extremely cold, and we had to put on all our winter jackets just to walk to the breakfast area, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the shower faucet in our room was installed incorrectly. The "H" label actually was the cold water direction and "C" was hot water—quite confusing and inconvenient. The breakfast was another major disappointment. There was no protein of any kind, such as eggs or sausages, and the carb options were very limited. The breakfast area was cramped, with only three tables available for guests, making it uncomfortable to enjoy a meal. I am truly struggling to understand how this hotel has received such high ratings, given the overall poor experience. I hope this review helps set more accurate expectations for future guests.

Stay was good. Little noisy from the upstairs room. Beds a little firm (for me) service was great and friendly, breakfast was ok, could use a little more items( waffles) but overall we would stay again. Thanks

Kind reception, clean rooms, quiet property

Don't let the exterior scare you off, these rooms are comfortable, even with soft sheets. TV and wifi work great. The walls are thin but value for money here.

This is a great hotel for the price. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The downside is the breakfast. If you don't get there early there won't be any and the dining area is tiny. We found that the money we saved was spent eating breakfast somewhere else. All and all it is a great budget hotel.

Great stay for a very cheap price. Definetly recommend.

Just a one night stay on our road trip

Breakfast was awful. Staff at check in as well at breakfast were not friendly or helpful. Room was clean.

Very nice place to stay. Couple of nice restaurants nearby.
