Great customer service! The van waited for us after we called. The gal at the desk was very efficient and even called us back to let us know when the van would be there. Hotel itself is kind of rundown and very basic, but does the trick for an overnight stay.

I was charged a five dollar frivolous charge for a so say "stained" towel. The front desk lady went check the room then made this claim. Ok so now she has a PHD in stains right 🤔 How can she prove it was stained without it being washed. Also she had no photo of what she was speaking of and then gonna tell me to write on the receipt that I was charged this five dollars. Why she didn't write the charge ? How many times does she try to collect I have stayed at this location numerous times and NEVER had this issue. I do not appreciate it and will NOT return. It's straight up LUDICROUS! Request a REFUND

Paid extra for early check in to sit by the pool. The pool area only had 2 broken chairs and no where to even sit. The entire pool area looked abandoned and unserviced for a long time. Room had a odd smell to it and instantly regretted this booking. After sitting and reading reviews of the hotel, I read many complaints obout roaches in the rooms. I then checked the room a little closer and did find dead roaches along the perimeter of the room. I had no issues with the staff. They seemed decent enough to me. I couldn't wait for my 4am alarm to get out of there and I 💯 will not be staying at this property again.

I didn't like, because when i arrive to hotel I asked the reception if can check if the room was paid on advance but she was on a phone video call and didn't put attention and charge me again the room that was already charged by expedia.ca. at my friend credit card. I try to get the paymen but was impossible. I paid double for a room that wasn't good at all.

Would not refund money, late because of traffic. Re-booked, heat not working, aircraft every 1 minute but got used to it. No control of noise in the hallway, yelling from 9:30 pm to 11pm. Yelling started at 5:30 am till 8.

The customer service was horrible. The employees give attitude and are on their phones the entire time the cleanliness was horrible. There was roaches everywhere, dirty didn’t have soap in the bathrooms. floors were dirty building smells like people smoke in the hotel tVs did not work fire alarms ripped out of the wall, fire hazard, safety hazard do not sleep

Staff was kind and helpful. Very noisy though, people talking in the hallway sounded like it was right next to me and kids were running in the halls. Put a towel under the door to try and minimize noise. TVs were very small and wi-fi was slow so I just used my tablet with my hotspot.

Very kind and helpful person to check us in. The check-in was quick, and the room clean and comfortable. We did not eat breakfast before we left for the airport. The shuttle was great and got us to our terminal in very good time.
