Excelente ubicación, limpias habitaciones. Personal muy amable. El lobby y las áreas comunes requieren mantenimiento urgente pero las habitaciones son comodas y limpias. El elevador no funcionaba y nos dieron habitaciones en planta baja.

Property advertising that beds were queen size…not. Beds were double. Room was clean though and staff were friendly. Elevator was not working. Repairman was there but never worked the whole time we were there. Railing was painted but with no signage so 2 of us got paint on their hands. Staff did put up signs after being informed.

No elevator, 3 floors of carrying luggage. It will never be fixed. Toilet not working half the time. Garbage was piling up. Sorry, never again. Management does not care, I don't blame the employees.

registration process was a bit confusing, front desk person was not really warm and welcoming (we felt they were a bit rude). Had booked 2 queen beds but got double beds instead. Location was great, though and washroom was spacious.

The limited Reception time of 9-6 was very inconvenient All hotels I have stayed in previously all had 24 hour reception desk The room was dark poorly lit and only 2 feet from a blank wall The window glasses were dirty and could do with a good scrubbing Not evn 2 stars

Awesome small property. Much of the communication is done by text, which is great for independent travelers who want to get the most out of their days in Miami Beach. Front desk service by Josh is extremely pleasant, no question you ask is a problem for him. Can reach property by public transit (bus 20 from MIA to end of line 17th & Washington Ave-property is directly across street from end of bus line 20. Raising Cane’s next door, around the corner from CVS, 2.5 blocks from beachfront. Planning to stay here again soon (Katrina C)
