Very nice place to stay

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable. Area is very nice.

Expedia included false information regarding the property, but the staff made great efforts to try to remedy the situation

Overall the property looks new and well kept, but our room had a huge dirty spot on the carpet and the deadblot on the door didn't work.

Property was great with good parking. The room was large and very clean. The pool was warm in the breakfast was ample. Part of the reason I chose this property is because it said free rollaway, which I had requested. At check in I asked about the rollaway. They seemed unaware and said it would cost $10 extra. When I pointed out that the booking said it was free I was told that third parties can put whatever they want but I still had to pay the $10.

I usually love staying a t the Hampton inn. When I need a place to stay it is my go to hotel but not so much recently. Specificly the last two times in Rexburg. I never said anything last time because I thought it was a one off but this time again was the same scenario, hard lumpy beds. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable so much so i tried sleeping on the couch but that wasnt any better. Other than not getting any sleep everything else seemed on point. Staff was great .

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean but long term maintenance has been neglected with mineral film on the shower doors. Good breakfast and nice lobby area.

Everyone was super kimd and helpful. The property was clean. The only thing we didnt like was the beds, they were a little too firm.

Unique room set up in King bed room, bed was good, bathroom and room very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The price was high and the hotel was busy. Thats what we get for traveling in the summer.
