We enjoyed our stay here. It is near the highway to nearby activities, yet safe. It was very clean and in good repair. The breakfast was poor - cold dishes, watery oatmeal (lukewarm). The fitness room had no working treadmills, but there were other options.

This is my favorite hotel to stay! Always friendly, clean, and feels safe. Pet friendly! I travel for Bengals games and this is close enough to the stadium to avoid the heavy traffic situations.

After my stay there was a charge on my card for $20 and they won’t return my call to tell me what it was for. The breakfast bar was very sparse.

Overall stay was pleasant except I now have the worse backack you can imagine. I am attaching a picture of the mattress that has a 8-inch-deep VALLEY in it. It wasn't til the second night that I realized I had sunk into the mattress!
I am 5'9 weighing 190 pounds so I am not overweight ...it was a VERY BAD mattress!

Large, clean. Large breakfast area with decent breakfast. Rooms clean and up-to-date. Free bottled water daily. They were obviously doing some remodeling on the first floor, but it didn’t impact us.
Would stay again.

The nice young lady that checked me in had the best customer service. Only issue I had was the tub was backing up and was backed up when I woke up in the morning. No biggie though. I just spent the night in a hotel so I didn’t have to look at my boyfriend for the night so I just showered the next morning.

Breakfast was not good or up to par with comparable hotels. Location had nearly the entire parking cordoned off for them to fix ac units...??? Something doesn't add up there.

Our room was extremely run down. They were undergoing construction and some remodelling so I’m sure that these rooms are being remodeled. The carpets were very dirty and look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time.

Payed in cash on 8/22/2024. They told me that my card would not be charged. When we left, my card was charged called them , they said would refund, but as of 8/23/2024, no refund so that money is still locked on my card, because it is in a pending transaction. So my next step is to file with BBB. They got my travel money lock up Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
