Hampton Inn and Suites Bay City

The staff was great! Our room was nice. The bed was so comfy.

Low water pressure was the only negative... Expected at any hotel.

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast accommodations were great for our kids.

Perfect location for our needs. Also appreciated the honesty of the staff when I lost an e-reader and it was found and sent to me.

Very great stay at this hotel. We loved our room and it was very clean. Only thing was the outside in the wooded area had alot trash but besides that everything else was nice!

Little slow they lost power for 5 hours when checking in power just came back on so computers were down took alittle longer

The power went out around 7 AM. Lights in the hallway were on for a while, but then went dark. Unable to get ready in the morning without lights in the bathroom or room. When we left the hotel at 10, the power had not been restored. We needed to carry our luggage from the 3rd floor down the stairs in the dark because the elevator was unavailable. Hotel did not attempt to remedy or connect with guests during the outage.

Cleanliness is always priority and this hotel, it's lobby & dining was all kept clean. Breakfast had a great selection. The breakfast area was open early and that was a plus as i was leaving early. The lady at the front desk was kind.

I have stayed at this location many times and it has been a favorite. This trip I noticed that the level of care of the facilities is beginning to lessen. There was missing grout in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, and mold spots in the shower.

Nice place, huge room, and pet friendly. Would recommend!

great place, good value

I often stay at Hampton Inn and the stay here was enjoyable and they even switched out pillows for me due to an allergy to feathers. The irritation worth noting was that I left an expensive bottle of cologne on the shelf in the bathroom when I checked out. This was clearly my error. I called the next morning and was told they would check with the cleaning staff and call back. This was the response to a subsequent phone call and a personal visit. To date, I have not received that promised phone call. At this point, there is no hope of retrieving the cologne. Even a prompt call explaining that the cleaning crew had disposed of it would have taken it off my plate and I wouldn't be pursuing for two weeks after the stay.

No comment but would stay here again

The desk staff were very nice. We had a group of 9 and they allowed us to spend time playing games and eating in a public area. Excellent breakfast. We will be back.
